We used Builder Supply Source for our cabinets in a kitchen renovation project we just finished,…read moreand the cabinets turned out great. More than that? The cabinets we ended up with are extra custom. We wanted a more modern kitchen than I expect is very common in Nashville (several cabinetry companies our contractor typically works with could only give us Shaker cabinets, which isn't what we wanted), but Builder Supply Source had flat panel cabinets, which is the modern look we wanted. When they didn't have the exact stain color we wanted, they worked with us to create some samples based on some Pinterest/Houzz pictures I sent over. A few days after I sent the photos over, we had four samples at our house. We really liked three of them, narrowed it down to two, and finally picked one. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with us to get the color just right! We had a few little issues (one small panel of wood came slightly scratched up), but Builder Supply Source took care of everything. We worked with Will, who was great from our first meeting with him (we were in his office for about an hour talking about options and coming up with the best cabinet layout). And - at the end of the project - we're just in love with our cabinets (as well as with the hardware we ordered through Builder Supply Source). They were great to work with and the final product is exactly what we wanted. I don't think we would have ended up with the kitchen we had in our minds if it weren't for Builder Supply Source!

From the beginning, Elizabeth was helpful and available. Every phone call returned. Every email answered. When we met with Elizabeth at our home, she made something we had been dreading - into a process that we enjoyed being part of. Elizabeth's knowledge of design and details made the process worth every penny. We would do business with Elizabeth Foster again in a heartbeat!

Do not go with David unless you plan to closely manage and hand-hold the entire project yourself…read more My cabinets are not what I expected or what I clearly communicated that I wanted. I specifically explained what I did not like about my previous design, yet over $15,000 later, I essentially ended up with the same thing. My cabinet doors are not even the same size. After installation, I was told they "had to do that to make them fit." This was never mentioned beforehand, and I was never asked if that would be acceptable. I also have a completely different design on one of the doors. Again, this was done without ever informing me or getting my approval. On top of that, some of the shelving does not even lay flat. We were also never told that the pantry shelves would be so deep that without pull-outs you can't see what's in the back. What is the point of hiring someone to design cabinets if they don't guide you on these basic functionality issues? Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The only time David seemed to communicate consistently was when he wanted payment. For the amount of money spent, the result and overall experience were incredibly disappointing Go with someone who actually guide you on your project with their expertise.

The salesman, David Bunce allowed me to design my kitchen and guided me professionally with what would work and would not work in my space. He advised me on the best finishes and colors that would go with my decor as to save total redecorating expense. I found the total project very professional and the staff a pleasure to work with. Going with Cliff Cabinet's save me thousands of dollars over doing this project with a big box company. And being a one vendor solution I did not have to deal with installer and supplier issues.

TL:DR - buyer beware. Customer support after the installation of thousands of dollars of…read morelandscaping lights is terrible. They are going to nickel and dime you to resolve any issues and not stand behind their work or company name. We used Blingle to install lights in our front and back yard about two years ago. Design and installation went smoothly - no issues. However, the reason for my poor review is due to customer service now that two franchises (?) have merged. We have an issue with one of our lights and the new owners aren't honoring the agreement that we had with the previous Blingle franchise. I compare this to a Ford dealer telling a customer they aren't willing to service a vehicle that was purchased at a different Ford dealership - but aren't they the same company? They told me they are "offering an olive branch" to come help me out. They wanted to charge over $100 to come to our house just to look at the issue. I figured the issue is due to low amps from where the main electrical is located and was probably an installation issue, but I was willing to pay the service charge if it's something else besides their error. This is after I was told by the original installer/franchise that any installation issues or hardware issues would be covered under warranty. After my initial phone call for service, I provided my address and photos of the issue because I expected to be contacted to schedule the appointment. It was my understanding from my conversation with the new owners that the service fee would be owed if the issue was caused by something else than incorrect installation or hardware - like damage from an animal, our landscaper etc. I was more than happy to pay that and any other charges if the issue wasn't their fault or failing hardware under warranty. No additional follow-up was made until a day or two later when an invoice from Blingle showed up in my email. I thought I missed their inspection (the light is outside, so I thought maybe they came while I wasn't home and they fixed the issue) so I called to follow up. I was then told I would have to prepay the service call invoice before they would come to our house. We have been doing upgrades and repairs to our home but we have never had a company ask us to prepay for a service visit. So now I'm being asked to pay an invoice, that I shouldn't have to pay, before services are even provided? The nominal amount of the invoice wasn't the issue, it's the principle and the way the whole situation was handled. Now I'm going to have to find another lighting company to come out to fix my lights and probably pay more than the original service fee. I'm more than happy to pay more with a company that appreciates their customers. We also live in a new neighborhood and I've provided referrals to Blingle due to the experience we had at installation. That won't happen again and I will be sure to share my poor experience with anyone who asks.

MTD was unwilling to assist me aside from giving me a 10% discount on the missing part if I bought it from them (which seemed wrong given that it was their fault that the part was not in the original factory sealed shipment). Long story short, 96 Lawn & Garden was willing to foot the bill themselves and order the missing piece through their distributor and drop ship it to me and then work with getting themselves reimbursed from MTD. Out of all the online transactions I do, it was just above and beyond the customer service I would have expected from an out of state online transaction. I would be shopping here if it were in my area and in the meantime, I will use them whenever I can for online purchases. Thanks for the awesome service!

The fuel line was 5/8 on one end and half inch on the other. The first time i went in I was there for 30 minutes while they were trying to get in touch with Badboy as they did not have it in stock and was not familiar with it. I left and said call me once you have it. 2 days later they did and I paid for it and when it arrived a week later at my house it was nowhere close to the right fuel line. I brought it back, brought in the original fuel line for me to again sit for 30 minutes, had the guy take pictures at every angle and measure its length and said get back to me. 2 days later I had to call only for him to say he tried calling (my phone had no record of it) and that Badboy kept giving him the same part number as the one I brought back. Bottom line is that Badboy couldn't tell me the correct part and hwy 96 lawn and garden who was a servicing agent for them could not help either not to mention the slow service and response. I ended up rigging up my own fuel line
