For entrees, we had the sea scallops and soft shell crab sandwich, a side salad and fries. The fries and salad were OK. The scallops were excellent, and the crab INCREDIBLE. My grandparents ran a fresh seafood store for years. They, and others in my family, were excellent seafood cooks. Making a breaded soft shell crab sandwich is an art form. I don't think I had one outside of my family that ever measured up. Usually the shells are over or underdone. D'Boathaus is the ABSOLUTE best soft shell crab I've had outside of my family. Not to mention when I go whale watching I take wine, hard seltzers, and pair them with New England style lobster rolls. Joe Canal's has shatterproof wine in various choices; Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, Riesling, and Sangria. The prices are better than Costco's and BJ's in my humble opinion. They also carry high end cognac, tequila, scotch, and champagne. The service is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and they are very knowledgeable about all of the various alcoholic beverages they sell. The atmosphere is very organized, sections of the store have signs making it easy to find the type of alcohol you're searching for. The store has a section for THC- hard seltzers, and sodas.
