Lynchburg has been in desperate need of a quality auto car wash. I purchased the top wash, which is $12. All options include the dryer as well. The most impressive thing I noticed is that the wash seems to have sensors that adapt the wash to your car's body style. This was is far superior to any other washes I've tried in Lynchburg. The search for a quality, reliable car wash ends here. I highly recommend this car wash.

I had thought my battery may be showing signs of age, and had Jeep check it last week, they said it was fine. So I ended up going to Harris Tire Company on on Forest Road. They were very freindly and assured me that they would help me, if they could. This Jeep has the stop/start feature, and required a special piece of equipment. They did have that and were able to change it out with no ill affect to the CPU in the Jeep. This took less than 30 minutes and we were off. Was so nice to have the battery fully operational, and know that I would not get stranded in the mountains. Thank you to Kyle and the whole crew. You all came highly recommended and, and I would add to that recommendation.

Came here today on whim knowing my oil change was way overdue!…read more I am so glad I came here today! I was immediately greeted by the Service writer, Zach who gave us cold water and sweet drink and candy to my daughter! Talk about service. I told Zach, exactly what I needed & I told him I had a coupon and he went out of his way and showed me another coupon that gave me a little further discount! So that is a win when it comes to customer service. They immediately went to change the oil in my car with efficiency! The manager, Travis did try to upsell me an air-filter for around $30 which I said "no thank you" to. I told him I could purchase and install that at a nearby store. They did not try to pressure me to buy, which I appreciate. I got the DuraMax full synthetic 0W20 oil which typically cost$99.00, with the usual $4.00 service charge, taxes, my discount coupon, plus a $3 donation to help kids! I ended up paying $90.15 We stayed in the car the whole time! Zach, Travis, Shaq & Brandon we're all friendly and efficient. I can tell in a competitive market... Fair pricing and over-the-top customer service is what wins! I could tell these guys were trying hard! From my first experience here, it was a win! I was in and out around 15 minutes! I hope to comeback again!

First of all I was in my car for 30 minutes not 10 minutes. And I had to change my air filter and my cabin filter which was grossly overpriced because I found these exact filters. Use the part numbers and found them at Walmart for way cheaper. Also they use Duramax synthetic oil 4 quarts and it came to $94. I found this oil on Walmart and for 4 quarts. It would have only cost me $48. Then there was a shop service charge of $7.99. I don't know what that was. I guess that's their labor then they told me that I had to have my coolant change which was $139. And I think the guy who serviced me felt so bad that my bill came over $319 that he told me my next visit would be 50% off, which is nice but I don't think I will be going back there. I will be buying my own filters and oil going forward!
