I very rarely write reviews but wanted to ensure everyone considering Deborah has the opportunity…read moreto have a session with her. I did a Tao Hands/Distance Reiki session. I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. I'm really glad I made the investment in my healing session with Deborah and now understand why she has so many positive, genuine reviews (she's not compensating us or giving us discounts to write these, like some businesses do!). I'm very grateful to have found Deborah - she is truly gifted.

As someone who is not new to spirituality, I felt very confident when working with her. She knows what she's doing and that made me feel like I'll be sharp in no time. I have been in and out of therapy for a decade, I've read almost every lauded self-help and spirituality book that exists, but it wasn't until the sessions Maria helped facilitate did I start to feel like I could actually see myself for the first time....ever! in my whole life. i feel changed. i feel like a me that finally is on her way to a life i knew i always felt could be mine but i felt soooo far away from. and didn't understand why. and didn't know how to get closer. maria helps you bridge those gaps. there was and continues to be SO MUCH about myself i didn't know. it isn't a cure all, this work is continuous and life long. but i feel like the forest has cleared a bit and i can see a path AND i'm excited to walk it and even tho i am alone, i feel for the first time, capable, unafraid, and excited. i don't know. if you're feeling called to this work and you're looking for assurance that this will mean something or make an impact...i don't know if i or anyone can really give you that but it meant a lot to me. it made a huge impact on me. i feel closest to myself than i have ever been and this work + therapy has been doing wonders for my ability to show up for myself and create a life i love and don't want to escape from.

I started to suffer from depression in 2021 and it kept on getting worse as the months went by. I've never been in that bad of a mental state in my life and I knew I needed help. I sought help from a professional therapist for a couple of months but it didn't work for me so I eventually terminated the therapy sessions. After that, around February 2022, my internal voice told me loud and clear that I should try out alternative healing, that's when I found Maria. During the integrative healing sessions with Maria, we uncovered that the childhood trauma I suffered from my mother has been negatively impacting me my entire life and is hugely contributing to the grief, anxiety, and fear that I experience on a daily basis. Knowing that, we did a lot of trauma relief work and with the help of Maria, I was eventually able to walk out of it and heal. At the end of the 10 sessions, I truly understood what it meant to be present in my body and to be in touch with my emotions --- something that I've always been avoiding subconsciously. Maria also taught me how NOT to be an energy vampire and instead find the power within myself. That was a very hard yet important lesson for me. This healing journey with Maira was not easy. It required hard work and facing some of my darkest fears. But it was extremely rewarding and effective. As cliche as it may sound, but "the only way out is through".

Nine years later, I reached out again in Feb 2020 to reset after a couple of years of deprioritizing my health. She created a very thorough shopping list with a ton of new brands and delicious recipe options that I wouldn't have known otherwise. Nikki made food shopping and cooking FUN because I could feel and taste the difference of what I was putting in my body. And all super easy to find and make!! Fast forward to COVID-19. I was lucky enough to start doing the work a month before the world changed. By then, I was already used to making better food choices for me and having Nikki by my side. While a lot of people were eating through their anxieties, Nikki's support helped me have the semblance of agency by making the most nourishing and simple meals. While I don't weigh myself, I'm definitely thinner and my clothes fit looser. And I feel amazing all around. More than that, Nikki's guidance is holistic. She not only focuses on the food, but also the mental and emotional. Nikki probes deep to help me get in touch with my feelings and then releasing them. Anna was very thorough in explaining what in my chart (and my pass) lead to this , as well as ideas and suggestions on how to build on the positives. Had she stopped with the chart, I would have walked away impressed, but the tarot reading was dessert with the cherry on top. Maybe it's because my appointment was after the receptionist left for the day, but I felt kind of awkward entering -- I was a few minutes early and the therapist was chatting with what I'm guessing was another client, and didn't really greet or welcome me. I kinda felt like I had just wandered into a space I wasn't supposed to be, or interrupted a private conversation. After the other person left she went into another room without really acknowledging me, eventually coming back and seeing if I was ready to begin. Overall the massage was good, not mind blowing but solid, and the space is very nicely decorated. But for the money I ended up shelling out (over $200 for 60 minutes) I don't think it was a good value. I was also up-charged for seeing the lead therapist, which I didn't realize at the time of booking. It was only after going through the automated texts and emails after I saw the charge I figured out what happened -- so learn from my mistake! They also automatically added a tip without my knowledge or consent -- so the $150 service I initially signed up for ended up costing an extra $70. I get times are tough for small businesses, but they're tough for me too, so these extra expenses added tension right back into my shoulders. If you've got the money, you do you. But if you're trying to be more cost conscious, I wouldn't recommend this place.
