Weston completely tore out and remodeled a bathroom for us. He is also done fence, deck and gate jobs for us. His work is flawless and he is an excellent communicator. No matter how weird my request may be he listens closely and responds with a big smile, "I can do that." Other contractors I've worked with listen but then do what they think I need, rather than what I've asked for. Not Weston. We are saving up for a complete kitchen overhaul. I won't even consider calling anyone but Weston. You can't go wrong with Apex. They're the top! Ha!

Weston worked on multiple projects for us over the eight years we lived in Tennessee. He is…read morereliable, honest, skilled, and talented. He was glad to give us his opinion, and he ALWAYS said, "Yes, we can make that work," when I had some idea I wasn't sure about. Or if the idea was too crazy or if there were less expensive options that would work just as well, he made sure I knew my choices. I cannot say enough good things about him. He will not be the cheapest option, but neither was he the most expensive, and that was precisely what I wanted. I was so grateful we found him early on as part of our kitchen remodel. Before we moved away, in addition to the kitchen, he had given us a new back deck, a basement apartment, an EV charger, a new window, and two remodeled bathrooms. To say that we appreciated him is a huge understatement. Do yourself a favor and use Weston. You'll be so glad you did.

EDIT: well, I feel the need for this edit.. Brian (or any of the subcontractors he uses bc he subs…read moreout 90% of the job) never saw me "do mushrooms" in front of him/them. I TOLD him that in the past ( over a year ago) I had used a mushroom tea for depression. You drink an oz a day for 4 days then 3 off. I told him I had been so severely depressed that i was barely functional and the tea literally saved my life. I also never did marijuana in front of him. I told him I used canna products medicinally. I had breast cancer after having had to have a hysterectomy . (I've had a lot of health issues) Doctors told me I couldn't take hormonal therapy bc of history of breast cancer and to research what might help. Cannabis was the #1 thing. I found out it helped with hot flashes and so much more. I went from taking a handful of RX pills to zero. So do I use cannabis products for my health YES, it's has saved my life. However, this wasn't something I feel that I should have to share with strangers and even if I was just a pot head enjoying getting high in my OWN home Brian should have never shared this on here. I mean really, when you hire someone to work in your home, your safe space... shouldn't you have some sort of confidentiality? Some sort of trust that the worker will be discreet? That the handyman you hire will be trustworthy? EVERYTHING I say or post about is about Brian's work not his character (although I feel his character is severely lacking) but he thought to defame my character by insinuating that I'm some sort of drugie. Is this someone you want working in the privacy of your home. That he took something I told him about my health and tried to turn it into something nefarious. As far as is changing cabinets around... WE HAD TO!!! Because Brian not only ordered the wrong cabinets he measured wrong. MY HUSBAND had to go back remeasure everything and figure out which cabinets to exchange, then my husband took off work and WE drove 5 hours to GA AND 5 hours back to exchange cabinets. I don't know about you but I think that was the contractors job. There paragraphs and paragraphs more... so much more. Brian is not licensed... he's not licensed electrician ( not gonna mention plumbing yet bc we haven't gotten there yet) we hired a licensed electrician to what was supposed to be just a little bit of finishing work... nope, he had to redo, and wire things to code ... it was a mess. The new contractor hasn't started yet but I'm just me and told the contractor when he came over that I was gonna be completely transparent. I told him EVERYTHING Brian is accusing me of and told him he cold read all the emails and text from Brian and decide if he wants to work with us. I then told him my side. Brian said I didn't articulate myself well, the new contractor not only understood but reiterated everything back to me. Y'all when that man looked at us and said "I got you" ... I cried. The relief I felt was incomparable. Brian threatened that I had better never speak of this job ( I have that in email and text) I guess his response to me speaking about the job he did at our house is to try to attack my character which I do not have to defend bc I know who I am and so does those that know me. I'll admit and own my wrongs I'm not worried about hiding them but he is NOT wanting anyone to know the work he supposedly stands behind. So, is this the contractor for you? If not I have recommendations.

We received regular updates, photos, and explanations throughout the build, which made us feel involved, informed, and confident every step of the way. We had several meetings along the journey where we learned about each stage of construction and were given the opportunity to make changes as needed. From day one, Randy sat down with us to review the plans and help us customize the blueprints to fit our family's needs. One of our favorite parts of the process was getting to make all of our own selections. Every contractor we worked with--from flooring, paint, and brick to lighting and finishes--was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone involved showed genuine passion for their craft and a commitment to quality. A HUGE thank you to Randy--our amazing builder--for holding our hands, answering every single question, and keeping us sane through this entire process. He truly made this experience unforgettable. And let me tell you... this man works HARD. Randy goes above and beyond in everything he does. The details, the craftsmanship, the heart he puts into his work--it all shows in every corner of this home. Kedalo Construction adds thoughtful touches, takes the time to get things right, and always keeps the homeowner's best interest at heart. We couldn't be happier with how our home turned out. It's everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so incredibly thankful for the entire team for making this journey such a positive and memorable one.

We hired Randy to work on our Caledonia Forest property and had numerous issues with him. Delays over and over again, little to NO communication, horrible shoddy work that we had to go over and fix ourselves, and then charged us over $10,000 more than the original quote, after months of delays from the promised work. I paid him around $10,000 for tiles from Heritage tiles and he stole nearly half the tiles and refuses to pick up his phone or provide information on where these tiles are. After I called him yesterday, since he blew off my employee about the tiles and told us its "our" problem, and left a voicemail that he better refund the tiles or get it to us - he and 3 of his employees left us 1 star reviews on our Google page. THIS is how this man and his "company" treat local business owners? Months of delayed work, tens of thousands in over priced work not completed on time, steals OUR tile that we paid for, then leaves OUR business negative reviews? Unbelievable. I have an incredible builder now who is top notch. If you need anything done in Clarksville, hire Bruce with Saunders Construction. And what ever you do, don't hire a THIEF like Randy Whetsell and his company. Making up lies it took 8 months to pay. Your first original invoice was sent on 11/1. It hasn't even been 8 months. How convenient your price went up over $10K AFTER you were called out for your lack of communication and the terrible work of your team. You got YOUR money, you refuse to call/communicate about my tiles, then have the nerve to leave my company 1 star reviews after how you and your team treated us? Unbelievable. RESPONSE TO STACEY: I wrote you guys one check that my bank chose not to honor. Now I wonder if it's because you guys have a history of scamming people? Then I asked you for a way to pay via card, and I paid my balance: IN FULL. You bet I took my time paying. When you guys delayed work by months and didn't communicate EVER unless I had to send numerous messages to Randy. What your operating costs are for accepting card payments in 2022 is relevant to the customer HOW? You guys ruin your own reputation. Screwing over a small business owner, steal my money and tile, do AWFUL work that we had to pay thousands more to FIX, then deny your theft of my paid property? I hope Clarksville runs crooks straight out of this city. No more business owners need to be screwed over by your company. And material cost doesn't jump by over $10,000 within a couple of months. Funny how that extra $10,000 got conveniently tacked on to my bill the day following my message to Randy about my disappointment in how terrible the work you guys did was and how often he continued delaying finished work with NO response or communication. PAID invoice slip attached below. Including nearly $19K for the tile and labor. We paid this invoice in full and this company stole nearly half the tile work that was never completed in our shop!
