I have long, untreated hair and even offered suggestions that have worked in the past, but she dismissed them. The final style looked nothing like the photos--lopsided, messy, bobby pins exposed--and started falling apart soon after. I had to go back before my event just to have it taken down. A different stylist removed the pins and apologized. I paid $104 and ended up redoing my hair myself in a hotel lobby before the wedding rehearsal.
