He then sent me two threatening letters with the same return address which came back to a PO Box. The Owner of Mobile homes of Florida lli Ana Gonzalez knew what her employee realtor had done and also refused to refund my money.i tried twice to sue both of them but the business address on the Internet goes back to a empty home in Riverview.watch out for these scammers.

I was approved by Office Manager and Corporate…read more I reached out to advise that my skirting would be completed this week 1/22/25 and in return i was told that I have to move everything to another lot due to an error, the lot is for mobile homes not RV and I have to now move to a smaller lot with no room for a screen enclosure. This is not acceptable. I have downsized and this is to be my permanent residence and 2 months later being told to move after they have already approved everything. Now I fear retaliation from the Management. I will seek legal counsel if necessary.

The only issue has been park maintenance. I've never visited her when the pool heater is working. Her lot rent has increased twice since she has lived there but the management isn't keeping the pool or hot tub functioning. They have a wonderful pool that nobody can attempt to use due to the water temperature. Hopefully she and her friends will be able to get the exercise they need soon but it looks doubtful.
