Upon arrival, the property lacked basic habitability, including no power service for the first 24 hours due to uncoordinated utility connections and duplicate lot markings. Shortly after move-in, the owners temporarily site management unilaterally attempted to alter the agreed payment structure, demanding an additional deposit that was not part of our agreement. Ultimately, after management refused payment and ordered my family to vacate the premises on short notice on a Saturday, we departed. During my time there, I noticed that common areas, including the bathrooms and game room, required significant deep cleaning, and certain facilities like the hot tub and a broken toilet needed repair. Because there is currently no paid maintenance staff on-site, I personally multiple hours cleaning. I believe the owner genuinely tries his best and has a strong vision for the property, but unfortunately, due to severe operational and management challenges, the current setup is not a success. The park has immense potential, and the community of residents living there are wonderful people who deserve better organization. On a positive note, the beach access is wonderful, and the outdoor beach area is beautiful if given the time and proper management it needs.

This is not acceptable. I have downsized and this is to be my permanent residence and 2 months later being told to move after they have already approved everything. Now I fear retaliation from the Management. I will seek legal counsel if necessary.

The pool was a refreshing retreat for some exercising and cooling off after a long, hot day (I was there in July!). My space was large and level, with a clean concrete patio and full hook-ups (50-amp). There was plenty of space between my site and my neighbor (which seems to be becoming a rarity in RV Parks these days... in a lot of places you can reach out your window and hand the Grey Poupon to your neighbor without stretching! Not here... you're gonna have to get out and walk it over there, LOL!. Everyone I met was friendly and happy. I had such a nice time here that I am considering spending a few months here this winter (although I may not tell my family I'm there!). I recommend this park.

There was so much for the kids to do that they were never bored. They loved everything from the waterslide and foam party to the arts and crafts, but their absolute favorite was the scavenger hunts. The pool was perfect for the Florida heat, and the refreshing drinks available poolside were a great bonus. One employee was walking around kindly reminding guests to keep their drinks on the edge of the pool instead of in the water. He was always polite and friendly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and can't wait to come back!

However it states I am in the mid 100's....so I call and inquire. At the time of the call there were 109 sites vacant. The girl proceeds to tell me if you dont pay a $50 lock fee. They can move me at their discretion. So I got moved....additionally, got here an hour early and had to pay $25 early check in. 109 empty spots and the pool is like a carnival cruise pool....SLAMMED! Only 2 small comfort stations. No shade to be found. We are here now, and this may well get updated for a vetter rating...or worse, who knows. But it seems like a resort that will nickel and dime you to death. And moving someone who booked, and paid in full is some shady crap....they are all about the money grab!
