For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer's agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative - This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he's hands down the best agent that I've encountered (I've had a couple of buy and sell in the past). I felt like he worked exclusively for me always responding to questions and calls right away or within minutes. 2. He was very useful with providing information for some contractors that could help with inspector-requested repairs 3. He was very pleasant to work with and just goes above and beyond for his clients. 4. He has substantial experience for when curveballs emerge at any point in the selling process. There were a few hiccups and that he was able to quickly provide guidance on how to navigate them and keep the deal moving along was truly impressive.
