We had an excellent experience working with Rebecca Kelly and Michelle Gailey at Eaton Realty. As…read morefirst-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to be thoughtful and thorough throughout the process. Rebecca and Michelle were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Rebecca brought a tremendous amount of experience, practical guidance, and market insight. She helped us think through offer strategy, negotiation, inspection concerns, contract terms, and the many details that come up between going under contract and closing. Her advice was direct, knowledgeable, and valuable at each step, especially when we needed to make decisions quickly but still wanted to feel confident. Michelle was also wonderful to work with. She was kind, responsive, patient, and consistently helpful throughout the process. She made communication easy and helped keep things moving smoothly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Together, Rebecca and Michelle made a great team. They helped us find a home we love, guided us through the moving pieces of the transaction, and made sure we felt supported all the way to closing. We always felt like they were looking out for us and helping us make informed decisions rather than pushing us in any particular direction. We are now moved in and very happy with the home. We are grateful for all of their work and would absolutely recommend Rebecca and Michelle to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

Rebecca (Becky) with Eaton Realty is exactly what you want in your corner when selling a…read morehome--action-oriented, detail-focused, communicative, transparent, and highly market-savvy. We went from listing to sale in about 5 months--faster than many comparable homes in Fishhawk Ranch. Becky understands that it's you vs. the market, and she knows how to position you to win. I always recommend meeting multiple agents for a decision this important--but Rebecca should absolutely be one of them. This comes from someone who has both sold homes and trained real estate agents. We've also worked with Eaton on the property management side, and the experience has been just as strong. They maintained the home to a high standard through every phase--residence, rental, and eventual sale--over a 4-year period. Communication was consistent (same or next day), and work orders were handled quickly and professionally. Their fees may be slightly higher than some competitors, but the value is clear--you get what you pay for in this business. Eaton Realty is the complete package. Highly recommend.

My son's birthday came up and I had forgotten to give my change of address to his grand parents. My ex-husband sent a package for him and he had my old address which was the house I rented with Danjo. We didn't get the package, so I contacted Mary Jo. She immediately responded to me and contacted the new tenants. I was able to pick up the package. My son's grandparents contacted me and his aunt asking if they have received the birthday cards that they mailed. Each had a check and a gift card. I contacted Mary Jo again. Not only did she check if it was mailed sure To my old address, but she also brought to my current address! I told her I would pick it up, but she went out of her way to bring it to me. Mary Jo treated me and my son like we were family when I was renting with Dan Jo. And she still does. They are great people. They will respond to your needs. When I was renting with them, they always responded when I contacted them even at night and weekends. I will definitely recommend this company.

I originally used FLL to purchase a home and they sent me options daily within my price range and suggested areas that fit my lifestyle and needs. Charles is an expert negotiator and held difficult conversations to get me the best deal but also thought about the property from an investment perspective. He thinks outside the box and I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own. I've also used them for property management which has lifted a burden from the back and forth with renters. Any repairs that needed done they took care of it and kept my renters happy. I would enthusiastically recommend this team not solely based on my experience but also the fact that where other realtors have let me down, they gave me the red carpet experience.

As a potential buyer of a home being sold by this broker and real estate agent named Lisa Kiel,…read morethis agent has lack of honesty, integrity she played dirty and was very dishonest all the step of the way. I put in an offer for the house on sale in 1711 Sunrise Place, Sebring, FL 33870 on July 31st the next day. (I went to see the house from Ft. Lauderdale on July 30th 2026 )I was a serious buyer but Lisa Kiel (the seller's agent) was just wasting our time waiting for another offer to come in from someone else, but in the mean time she would respond to my agent with counter offers verbally that we accepted and sent back (all written by my agent, and no work done by this Lisa Kiel agent). My agent and I were in the waits for almost a week, this Lisa K agent playing games with us, telling us that one of the owners doesn't have time is at work and can't sign and that will sign later, and later came and went. Today is August 5th, 2026, and the listing agent just called my agent to tell my agent that they have received a "better offer" and that they are going with that one. So just beware of this broker and agent. They are very dishonest people‼

We spent a month watching YouTube videos of Lakeland. David's videos were hands down the most informative, personable, and professional. They made us feel excited and welcome to join the "Lakeland Lifestyle". I reached out by phone and had a response call within an hour. He spent about 30 min answering my questions. I'm from a cold drizzly area with 2 month of nice weather, no crazy critters, and no major storms. He was our partner, and even though we were something like 3,400 miles away he was on top of the listings, he explained neighborhoods strengths and weaknesses against our criteria, and he was honest. We felt very confident. He was extremely accommodating with his time. At no time did he make feel "needy" or "demanding", though I know I'm spontaneous and I'll timed, especially being 3 time zones away. We found our dream home within a week of arriving and with his strategic advice we put together a winning proposal and secured the contract. We had only been here in Lakeland for 27 days and we had the keys to our dream home, with a pool! Thank you David! We highly recommend David to anyone looking for a home in Lakeland or surrounding areas!
