All the shelving and displays were still in the store giving off a "going out of business" vibe. I asked if they were moving. The employee on duty said they were transitioning to services and away from retail. I haven't signed up for any training there so I cannot rate them for that. Since I went to Pets West to purchase supplies, treats, toys, and chews, I can say it was a huge disappointment. I attended training classes in the past and may again, but I'm skeptical given the recent reviews about boarding and daycare. On the plus side, the two employees were friendly.

Cleanliness of self-service wash area /boarding needs immediate attention. It's extremely dirty &…read morethe smell is absolutely awful. We saw dogs that were boarded, please don't leave your dog here. They are better at home. Trust me. One of the employees bathed a dog & placed him in a kennel with a fan pointed at it. Sad.
