I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. To me, luxury is about time and money, and this dealer's actions did not respect my time or money. I recommend staying far away for the following reasons: 1. Poor ethics (violated a deal). When discussing the price at the time of purchase, I made it clear that I was willing to pay a certain price "out the door including everything". We agreed on that price. However, they did not charge for sales tax, which meant that my "out the door cost including everything cost" was not because of a deferred cost. 2. Violating NJ tax law. Per the Randolph MVC management (confirmed on NJ.Gov website), they violated the code by not collecting sales tax at the time of purchase. In fact, the MVC was not allowed to register my car until I received a certificate saying I paid sales tax, which could only be done through the dealer. This meant that in addition to multiple trips to the MVC to try to resolve, I had to spend two hours to go to Elizabeth to get an updated title and now have to go another time to the MVC to register my vehicle. 3. When I called the dealer to try to get this resolved, the receptionist told me that DMV was wrong and this was not their problem, but she would have my sales person call. He didn't. I chased him down later that day and he promised me he would talk to his manager so we could resolve. After trying to get a hold of him later that day I reached out to the manager directly. As of when I picked up the new title the next day, the sales rep still had not talked to the manager. 4. Because of all this the car cost hundreds of dollars more than the "out the door deal." Even above the unexpected tax cost, I had to take unpaid time off work to spend hours at the MVC, and hours driving to pick up the new title. This was only necessary because they didn't charge taxes in order to make the deal happen. read more

I sent a couple messages to this dealership through CarGurus but I didn't get a response. I was just trying to get more info about a vehicle they have for sale and get an estimate of how much it would cost to deliver the vehicle to me since I live in another state. I tried calling last night and a rude woman in the sales office just wanted to argue with me saying they don't deliver vehicles to customers even though I found it twice on THEIR website in their FAQs that they do (see images). I then asked to speak to a sales person and she just placed me on hold and dumped me into a voicemail line that states a weird phone number and says the box is full. I tried calling back multiple times. The first time I was on hold for 7 minutes in which no one answered and then I was hung up on. I called 2 more times and I was instantly dumped back into that same voicemail with the full mailbox. So, the only person I've spoken to so far I NEVER want to speak to again. I then found their email address (which is a gmail address which I've never seen from any major dealership so that should be a red flag) and sent them a message about the issues I've been having with them. I asked for a salesperson to please call me. I've been waiting all day today with no response from them still. It shouldn't be this hard to speak to a sales rep. I'm glad they didn't respond since it prompted me to do more research on them and find ALL of these VERY BAD reviews. I am so thankful I didn't actually get to buy from them and get screwed over like so many others have. Companies like this should not be allowed to exist. I recently purchased a vehicle at Where Luxury Meets in Elizabeth NJ, when I walked in my first impression was WOW when I saw the Lamborghinis, Maseratis, Bentley, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Benz and BMW's, a gentleman name Jose welcomes me with a smile and strong hand shake, followed by: can I get you water, coffee or tea? After that he spent the next 15 minutes asking questions about what I was looking to accomplish so he can guided me to the correct vehicle, after he answer all my questions he showed me a beautiful 2019 435I Xdrive BMW 2019 the advertising price was $32,900 plus taxes and fees, Jose got me a 1k discount plus he got me a 7 year extended warranty for a very good price. Benny was my finance manager, he was able to get me 4.1% interest rate and even a lower payment than what I was looking for. Over all I'm given this business a 5 star review. I will start this review by saying I do not have love for dealerships, I went into where Luxury Meets ready fully loaded to deal with all the games that you normally go through when trying to buy a car. To my surprise it was the total opposite my salesman pastor was great and Benny the finance manager ! From the start Pastor was extremely professional and not at all pushy he knew about the car and told me everything I needed to know. They play no games which was the most refreshing thing! I posted comments on two sites providing my honest feedback of this fraudulent dealership. As a result, I was contacted and threatened by Rossana. I hung up on her and she proceeded to call my phone repeatedly. All of the negative comments that you are reading are absolutely spot on! 1. The prices you see online are just to bait you in. 2. Your tags will not come on time. 3. They sell bogus extended warranties. 4. Based on the responses to the negative reviews online and my very own experience, they are unprofessional and immature. 5. Great place to come visit if you are shopping for a car. Great environment, friendly and attentive staff. The sales representative was very knowledgeable of his inventory. Made sure all of my needs were met and got an awesome deal. It took me about and an hour and a half from the moment I got to the dealer, to the moment I left with my car. This was the 1st dealer I visited and I was planning on visiting two more just to compare. After the service that I recieved and the deal i was getting I was sure i wouldn't have received it anywhere else. Worst car purchase experience ever! An absolute nightmare! I had drive there 5 times to get a window shield replaced because of huge cracks in the car. The sales reps consistently lie to customers.
