I used to use this company. I think things may have changed since my last post. My previous cleaning gal was meticulous. We switched once she left after I started my services with them again during the pandemic. My first clean, I paid the extra clean which they told me they prefer since it's their first time cleaning my house even though I didn't really need it since I was using another cleaner before. The first cleaning gal they gave me, not only didn't thoroughly clean a standard clean but there was windows and fans throughout the house not cleaned. Basic dusting half done. I notified them and she scolded me for not telling them sooner because I was outside of the "touch up clean" as part of making up for not properly cleaning in the 1st place. I overlooked it and thought maybe the next person they assign will be better. She was better than the previous gal but not the same service I had from them years before. I kept using them anyway. I had to reschedule a few cleans as I got worried about fevers and making sure I wasn't I'll. I also shared negative Covid tests for their safety. Well because I was off schedule, I had to pay back to back weekly cleans. Once again, let it slide. Then my last few months working with them. I kept getting schedule changes every other clean. I found the owner had an expectation of me being flexible but not them. After they did it days before my next clean when I had company. I had enough. I found a service in st Pete. Also local and female owned who did extensive research on training their cleaners and paying them fairly and very customer centric. I switched and am much happier. I highly recommend doing your research. This service was great 5 years ago but has since changed. I found the owner to be very short on her emails and expects quick responses to her changes but not always to yours. I've seen other reviews saying things have changed and had similar experiences. She did to them what she did to me and blamed me for not notifying her in a timely fashion. I find owners who attack reviews for being negative don't look within their own organizations to do better. That's not how you fix customer experiences and maintain your customers but maybe she's got all the business she needs. read more

I cannot say enough about this company!! I just moved here from Oregon into a very large 2 story house . I'm a mom and i work full time . There was no way i was gonna get to cleaning an almost 3,000 sq ft house ! From the moment i called , to the moment i got scheduled and the girls showed up to clean it was just so professional , smooth , and just delightful ! The girls that cleaned my house did such a detailed job ( and I'm very particular even going around after a clean with my finger to check for dust etc ) and the house smelled so good and clean.! I unexpectedly had to move out of the big home this month and needed a move out clean done ! The ladies showed up today to clean . When i went over to get more of my things i was blown away by the phenomenal job they did ! It looked better than it did when we moved in!!! On top of that there were black hand prints all over the white railings , trim and doors that my husband and i thought for sure we would have to paint . But the girls got it all off !! BONUS!!! Also , the price is so reasonable and affordable ! I would pay them double for the job that they do!! This company has it down and is applying a very successful business model ! I gave this company stellar reviews 2 years ago when I used them. I ended up moving out into a larger home and changed companies for reasons not having to do with their quality. Fast forward to today, and I'm looking for another service to clean my home biweekly. I emailed Charisa for a quote and she never responded. I asked for a quote on Yelp and she did respond with openess to a biweekly client and a quote...but when she put two and two together, she then messaged me that they were too busy until some months down the road for a biweekly client. The only thing i could deduce is that she did not want my business, specifically. What dumbfounded me is that my payment was always auto deducted, i was kind to her staff and always tipped and I considered myself a valued customer. There is some underlying shadiness going on with the owner so i found it important to mention because that ultimately speaks to character. I can't knock the job they did do though. read more

After a couple years of them cleaning our home the last 3 months they have done a horrible job. They came in this afternoon and didn't dust anything except a quick dust mop. The piano was coated with dust and the windows were never touched. They said they were in a hurry and next time get them to come earlier. My wife had to go room by room to make them clean as they That's crap . I don't care what time you come you are getting paid the same so they do half the work they should get half the pay. We have had to cancel a few times due to the fact they want to only send one person and work same amount of time. They used to do a great job but now they don't care. Don,t know what they used on floors( I had given them what I perfer to use) they were full of streaks and now I have parts of my laminate flooring buckling. Stainless still has streaks. When I Say Maid was absolutely fantastic from the moment I messaged and got a quick response from Charissa, who was positive, friendly and accommadating to my last minute request for a move in clean. The price was very reasonable and well worth it for the level of cleaning Paula provided. I am very, very particular and have hired and fired many cleaners over the years for cutting corners and not doing a detailed job. We had When I Say Maid, come in to do some cleaning of our home. We need a good cleaning to be done since we just have been crazy on the go, and our son was recently hospitalized. I've been a weekly customer for about 18 months. Everything was wonderful and the service we were provided was superb. Approximately one week ago, we were notified that our weekly rate was increasing by 33% - which was a significant change. I emailed the company to express that an additional cost of over $100 a month felt pretty excessive given that I'm a weekly customer and have referred friends to their service. We discussed the scope of services, I suggested a compromise on services in order to maintain our current rate, and we agreed to move forward. Today, out of nowhere, I got an email that they decided our compromise was unacceptable and they were going to cancel all our services. They know that I am currently injured, depend on their service to help me, and have now left me in a bind with no prior notice. Frankly, I find that unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never do business with this company again and hope that others will heed the warning as well. read more
