I traded in my 2020 Chevy Silverado High Country at this dealership on December 8th for a Ford…read moreF-250. At the time of the deal, I owed more on the Chevy than they were willing to allow for the trade, so $8,000 in negative equity was rolled into the Ford loan. Both vehicles were financed through TVA Credit Union. Three weeks later, I discovered that my Chevy truck payment was still being drafted from my bank account. After contacting TVA, I learned that the dealership never paid off the original loan, meaning I currently have TWO active auto loans for ONE vehicle. Even worse: * The dealership still has my Chevy * They have listed it for sale on their lot * They do not legally own it, because the loan was never satisfied * As of today, they are holding a vehicle worth approximately $31,000 without paying for it This has put me in an impossible position: * Make two truck payments * Or miss a payment for the first time in my life and damage my credit, through no fault of my own When I attempted to resolve this: * I was hung up on * Staff became rude and dismissive * Calls are now ignored * I have effectively been blocked after asking legitimate questions There was also a verbal agreement made at the time of purchase regarding new tires for the Ford. I was offered either $900 off the price or replacement tires. I chose the tires. That agreement is now being denied. While I acknowledge that was verbal and on me for trusting a salesperson, it further demonstrates the lack of integrity involved in this transaction. This dealership has: * Failed to complete a trade-in payoff * Listed a vehicle they do not own for sale * Caused financial harm and credit risk to a customer * Refused to communicate or correct their mistake This has been the most stressful and unprofessional car buying experience I've ever had UPDATE: After having my truck in their possession for over a month, and after failing to pay off the lien, the dealership is now telling me to obtain a payoff order for the loan. This is despite the fact that the payoff amount and lender were already documented in the Buyer's Order they prepared and signed. Attempting to shift responsibility back to the customer after a month of inaction further demonstrates negligence and bad-faith handling of this transaction.

First I would like to say that giving bad reviews has always been hard for me. I'm the type of…read moreperson that hates to say negative things. However, I would be doing the world a disservice if I didn't warn others about this dealership. In September of 2017, my husband and I purchased a Chrysler 200 through this lot. We financed this car through the lot's partner, a company called Credit Acceptance Corporation. After doing some "paperwork with Credit Acceptance", we were informed by the dealership's owner that my husband would need to pay $3,000 down if he were to buy the vehicle alone. Or, with me as a co-signer, we would need $2,500 as a down payment in order to finance this car. We agreed, paid our money, and the dealer rushed us through the paperwork. (That should have been a red flag.) In August of 2018, we decided to trade this car in for something new. It was then we discovered a number of things. 1) That I was not actually the co-signer for my husband, but rather I was listed as the primary buyer--something we were not aware of. 2) My husband was actually approved by Credit Acceptance to finance the car with $0 down. Our dealer had actually pocketed our $2,500. 3) Our dealer had given our vehicle a 20,000 mile warranty and did not tell us. Bumpy the time we found out we had a warranty on this car, we had already exceeded the mileage. 4) While financing this car, we almost always mad me our payments on time. However, during financially tight months, we sometimes were a day or two late. If we were ever even a day late, we would receive 5+ harassing phone calls each day, starting at 8:00am. Buyers please beware.
