The first night we brought it home it rained and the moon roof lines leaked water all over the floor of the car. Two months later, the motor blew up because oil was leaking so badly, and it costs her $3,900.00 to get it repaired and 411 Trucks and Auto would not help her fix any of it and I think that is pretty sorry of a business. When you buy a vehicle, the dealer is supposed to make you aware of any problems, so I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and speaking with an attorney. I have never been lied to like she was lied to about a vehicle that cost $6,800.00. That's not alot of money for some people, but for a single mother, it's alot and it's about doing the right thing. I would be leary of this car dealer. They lie straight to your face and sale complete garbage for vehicles. They wouldn't even let her pay them to repair it, then trade it for a different vehicle. That says alot in itself. They don't even trust their on mechanics and won't trade a vehicle they sold less than two months ago for cash. I will add photos of the repair bill once we get it out of the shop. I'm pretty sick right now and honesty is everything in my opinion.

I decided to give them a chance and I financed a car off their lot. The BMW that I got gave me numerous dashboard lights immediately after I drove off the lot after signing papers. That same day I went back and complained they gave me a bad car... they took it in for weeks and replaced a turbo. Thankfully I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, but I was still out of a car. A year later, Today I'm dealing with a head gasket that is blown. Maybe even a warped block. The cost of this repair would cost almost as much as the car when I financed it. The owner of this lot told me that pure white smoke coming from the exhaust was "normal for a v8". Today mechanics can confirm that Metro Motors lied to me. Check the Google reviews. Those 1,2 star reviews are true. Not just salty people like this guy makes them out to be. Lucky they got 2 stars from me. They can't do anything to make this better. The pic I attached to this post was taken in 57 degree weather. Not entirely cold enough to make exhaust look white. My car will definitely overheat in summer costing me a lot of money. Thanks metro motors!

I first made an inquiry on a Granturismo. I was told the car was available and proceeded to make an agreed upon deal for it. I had my credit checked and got approved for the agreed upon deal given. Everything was going smoothly and went as planned. As the days went on after approval, things started changing. Long story short, I was told my deal could not be made anymore out of the blue. I was essentially lied to. Their word and promises all changed last minute. This is a very sad, shady, deceptive, and poor way of doing business, and for those reasons, I advise you not to do any sort of business here because they'll 100% play games with you. This dealership does not truly stick to their word or promises and is not honest. I sent a few recent texts today in which I didn't receive any responses or correspondence from so that means I'm being ghosted, which is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. If you have a choice and especially from my recent experience here, do not do business with this dealership because it's not a good feeling what I went through and I'd hate for you to have to go through what I did too. Save yourself the pain and agony. How does someone not stick to their word is truly beyond me. I was not taken care of as I was promised I would be. It's unfortunate to know that in the end, this was the circumstance and what I deserved as a customer and client. No one cares at all to make any of the wrongdoing to me right.
