Manager is rude, and un willing to follow company warranty procedures…read more Wanted a refund on a radiator that went bad after 3 years/15k miles, because number one: the warranty states "refund of exchange" and number two: why would I want another one? I had the absolute blessing of dealing with the general manager (I'm assuming) Tim, after saying I wanted a refund he went a checked the date I bought it and immediately said "nope, can't do that" and I asked why? And he stated "I'm not giving you a refund on a product you've used for 3 years" without the context of the warranty info, that makes sense. I pointed out that the LIFETIME warranty states I am entitled to a refund. After asking where it says I can't have a refund MULTIPLE times and him saying no, he finally huffed and shook his head, pulled up the info and proceeded to scan over this 3 sentence warranty like his life depended on it. Finally saw I was correct, huffed, and got me my money. I was nothing but nice to him and I'm not sure what prompted him acting like a child. I used to work at the local auto shop and the service advisors there had bad experiences with him daily, stay away from this store.

I spoke with the owner in person and he was very helpful in explaining the situation and working with me to get the boat and trailer out of impound. Very friendly and very helpful. My tip is be friendly to the impound lot people. They're just doing their job and a lot of time they're towing things that may never get picked up and they'll have to wait a considerable amount of time before they can auction it off to recover expenses.

I was in a legal spot, but since it was so close to the store it had hash marks on one end and I may have had some overhang in the hash mark. Moved the car to avoid the whole ordeal. Apparently, these guys troll parking lots looking for cars just like mine. Beware out there folks! These guys are desperate to make a buck.
