She is warm, compassionate, and completely non-judgmental, and she truly takes the time to listen and understand the full picture of your health. Working with her has been life-changing. Not only did she help me reverse my thyroid autoimmune disorder, but she also empowered me with knowledge that will benefit not just me, but my entire family for years to come. Her approach goes far beyond treating symptoms. She gets to the root cause and equips you with the tools to heal. She is now also helping my daughter navigate ongoing health challenges, including stomach and skin issues that conventional medicine was unable to resolve. Seeing the progress and care she provides gives me so much hope. Late in the evening of June 22, 2026, I had discovered that a supplement I had taken along with a…read moreprescription medication I was taking could potentially lead to serious complications. I was advised by Poison Control to go to the hospital immediately. From check-in through my care, I was met with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Dr Baird was the physician who evaluated me. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the potential interaction between the supplement and my prescription medication. His thorough explanations and reassurance gave me peace of mind while I was monitored for 3 hours as recommended by Poison Control. Dr Baird checked on me several times throughout my stay and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. When I told him I was cold, he took the time to bring me a warm blanket. I wished I could remember everyone's names. There was a paramedic who drew my blood that was kind and professional. Later, another staff member brought me a second blanket because I still felt cold. A curly haired, kind, polite, young man came in a couple times to ask how I was doing and was the one who checked me out. These thoughtful gestures meant so much and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Thank you, Dr Baird, and the entire care team, for your kindness, compassion and professionalism. I am truly grateful for the care and reassurance you provided during my visit.

Jason is very patient and explains everything so I understand why we are doing each exercise. He makes sure the exercises are challenging enough for each stage of my recovery. All the therapists communicate with each other really well. The whole team has such a great mix of professionalism and sense of humor. The ups and downs of recovery are extremely difficult and they have really supported me through it. They are genuine caring people. Kevin and Mark have a great thing going at Elevate.
