This is my updated review of Intermed and Craig the repair guy. I finally realized that the delay…read morefor my repairs was NOT due to Craig but on the manufacturer shipping the part out to him. I am so glad that he took in my scooter even though I had bought it elsewhere that had no follow up on service. For that I am grateful to Craig. Also this is a very friendly place to do business. The service, both at the counter and with the scooter, is outstanding. The prices are reasonable. My last review sadly was based more on my personal frustration than on their excellent service.

I paid $97. I had the scooter 5 hours, it worked the 1st 30 minutes. I was stuck in one place at…read morethe park while my family enjoyed the park. They put it in Manual and pushed me back to the vehicle. She said, "I don't know what is wrong with it" and pushed it inside when we returned it. My husband gave her his debit card when we picked up the scooter. We continued to get invoices saying we owed $ for 5 days after returning it. We got a total of 7-8 emails plus phone calls. Definitely not customer oriented.

Nothing serious, just a little tweak was needed and now my stair lift is working perfectly again. Aaron is reliable, knows everything there is to know about stair lifts and has the patience of a Saint. Thanks again, Aaron.

Caveat emptor: let the buyer beware!…read more This place gives good service but engages in terrible price gouging, like up to or over twice as much as you will find elsewhere. They say that's for the customer service, but honestly there's a place on W. Holcombe gives equally good service at market rates. This one is for suckers and rich people in the nearby vicinity who don't check the price tag. My wife was totally ripped off for an item that was fairly simple to get. I got online - not at Amazon but a normal place - and showed her she was charged twice as much. I went to the location and the owner refused to accept a return, even though the item was not used and still in its complete packaging. I stated that this was poor business practice. The owner was then abusive and followed me out of the store filming me and then filming my car. God's honest truth: I did not raise my voice and only said this was not an honest business practice. So hey, go there if you want the boutique service and don't care about the rest. Just know what it is.

Update: Clearly this business does not care about their customers. I was promised a phone call at…read moreminimum, by the owners but apparently they are too good to deal with people who spend money at their establishment. Also, I'm confused why they can't understand that it TAKES TIME for a crack to expand. How could you see a crack on tinted tail lights? I didn't even see them until the dealership pointed them out. These people do not want to help, never tried to help, and are crooked business people. Please, do not shop here! Buyer Beware - first of all, the Indian guy that works here is rude as hell. He is clearly someone who had no respect for customers, past or present. I had my tail lights tinted here a year ago. I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.

As we were traveling from WA State to TX, this was quite an ordeal for us. The salesman we have were very responsive and have no complaints there. The dealership was terrible!! Made numerous attempts to speak to GM and they would never put me through. Finance dept was absolutely non responsive too. Big think is that they said truck was run through safety check. After 400 miles down the road one tire blew out. Another 100 miles down the road a second tire blew out found that both rear tires were bulging. Said we did not buy extended warranty so they would not do anything about it. Would you believe this vehicle actually went through a safety check??? My 19 year old grandson was sent out the door to drive this distance home with faulty tires and got no consideration from dealership as to taking ownership of issue. BAD experience all the way around.
