The car was broke. Into as I waited for repairs and the guys didn't second guess repairing my car for me for the fee of 00

Reading all these get reviews, decided to call, their mailbox is full and can't take any messages, Oh well !!

We ordered a tire to put on the rim and they did call us when the tire came in. Then we dropped off the bad tire so they could put the rim on the good one. They told us to come back in an hour and an hour turned into 2+. I would suggest just staying at the place if you have the time or else you will be skipped. Also if they can call you when yoir oder comes in then they can call you when they get backed up on work so customers don't have to change their schedule around them. It looks like the store has a large selection and they speak English and spanish. read more

Best service I've ever received. Brian is an absolute mastermind and it's crystal clear why they've been in business for so long. My biggest takeaway is that when the owner personally calls you every day with updates on your ride, you know they are the real deal and care more about making customers happy/wanting to come back instead of making the most profit. If you're looking for rims or tires, this place is the best to go. Best prices for either. I've called around all over the place, from Tirerack.com to random places in CA for tires and rims, and no place beats this place in prices. Alva and her team are extremely nice when you head to the shop. When you call on the phone it can be hit or miss though, as this place can get swamped! read more

Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Alva was whom I spoke with. So disrespectful that I instantly knew I would never use this company for anything. Lost around $5k job due to your mouth. I wish I could've given zero stars but u have to give at least one. read more

My husband and I went to this store today and when we walked in and went up to the counter an Asian woman asked if she could help us. Her attitude is HORRIBLE and she shouldn't work in customer service if she doesn't want to be bothered!!!! We told her what we were looking to purchase some new rims and we wanted to see some options. She said the she wouldn't be able to tell us what was in stock because it was Saturday and many of the vendors they work with were closed. We explained that we were ok with that but, just wanted to see possible options and pricing. She then gave us a starting price and only showed us what she had right now and NOT what was possible for us to purchase. When then asked about tires and she said I can get any tire and began blurting out tire brands. I said we are shopping and I would like some prices. She went on to say well it depends. Her tone and attitude was so nasty that I turned around and walked out! My husband continued to talk to her and he ended up coming out with nothing more than we knew when we first walked in. It really bothers me that these businesses come into black communities and think they can treat people anyway. I REFUSE to spend my hard earned money in a place that has POOR customer service. I'm not sure if she is the owner but whomever she is she needs to check her attitude!!! read more

Worst customer service. You have 3 workers at the counter. A customer walks in before me and 2 workers attend to him. The 3rd worker is on the phone. 10 mins go by and no one approaches me and asks if I need assistance. I have to ask if any is trying to work. My question took exactly 5 secs. Waste of my time even going there. read more

Great service. I came in looking for rims and they didn't have my size in stock but said they can order it. They said it would be two days, but they were willing to get them there next day for a fee because I needed them sooner, no problem for me. I was shown different rims for my car, and was even helped with suggestions on what would look best on my car. I had stock sensors I needed them to take off my stock rims, and tires off from another set of rims to all be put on my new rims. I felt like a pain in the ass about that, but they didn't even bat an eye and were more than helpful to do it. I dropped my car off in the AM and got it back same day a few hours later. Pleasant people, and GREAT job on the suggestion for the rims, my car looks great! Will def be back for other services that they offer in the future! Thank you! read more

Just picked up a pair phino 168 rims that were bent in a car accident, I couldn't be more happier with the results and also customer service was top notch!!!
