The infrastructure in our home is very outdated and Marc drove to four different stores in one day to find the right parts for everything (plus an Amazon order for a part that wasn't available on island). He fixed the leak and was even able to fix our shower handle that hasn't worked properly for at least 4 years. 3 other plumbers had said it wasn't possible to do without tearing apart the wall and replacing the pipes. Marc took the time to R&D and got it done for us, quickly too. So grateful that he didn't give up on it. Such a nice and genuine guy. He'll definitely be our go to moving forward, especially as we think about renovations!

Why would they do that? Why not wait and install the correct one? Had to shower with cold water and heater is still not fixed. They also walk into the house without knocking and when they leave they never let the customer know what repairs were performed or that they left. I guess because no repairs were ever done. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
