It's much more liquid, less rich, and even after 3-4 pumps, my hands still feel dry. On top of that, the price has gone up. Honestly, I would take the old plastic packaging back any day if it meant getting the original quality again.

They have a section with mirrors for you to try on products but they're out of supplies, no tissue or Kleenex even. They were completely out by 3:00pm, didn't even have tissue paper in the back. No tester brushes were found anywhere. No disposable mascara brushes or lip applicators were available. People were applying lipsticks and mascara using the same original brush and placing it back on the shelves. Gross. I was so looking forward to this Sephora as it is the first one in Berlin and it's a huge disappointment. I'm used to the selections in the States and in France which is a night and day difference with this poor excuse of a Sephora. As for the employees being knowledgeable, they need more training. No one could help with a Kat Von D product I had a question on. The white concealer looking thing, I wanted to purchase it if they could explain the correct and best way to use it but nope, none of them knew. I hope someone in management reads this review and changes a few things up: more training for staff, have enough supplies and tester products on hand, add more brands, expand the size it occupies in the Galleria.
