They have a section with mirrors for you to try on products but they're out of supplies, no tissue or Kleenex even. They were completely out by 3:00pm, didn't even have tissue paper in the back. No tester brushes were found anywhere. No disposable mascara brushes or lip applicators were available. People were applying lipsticks and mascara using the same original brush and placing it back on the shelves. Gross. I was so looking forward to this Sephora as it is the first one in Berlin and it's a huge disappointment. I'm used to the selections in the States and in France which is a night and day difference with this poor excuse of a Sephora. As for the employees being knowledgeable, they need more training. No one could help with a Kat Von D product I had a question on. The white concealer looking thing, I wanted to purchase it if they could explain the correct and best way to use it but nope, none of them knew.
