During my most recent trip to Texas I had Whataburger twice in a single day. I had a breakfast burger combo and then I went back that evening for a jalapeño cheeseburger with bacon. I got an order through the drive thru. The line moved very quickly and I was able to get my food in less than 15 minutes, which is pretty good for this location as the drive thru typically moves rather slowly. The food tasted great and my orders were made correctly. read more

Went through the drive through. Time was about 9:30 am. Ordered Taquito and coffee. Got to the window and handed my credit card to the lady and ask for some hot sauce. She handed back my receipt and i then waited with the Taquito in a bag. She then restocked all the hot sauce stock at the window as i waited for my coffee. I drove off with my meal. The issue is that there was not any hot sauce in the bag and that the coffee was in fact hot tea. Way to many people scrambling inside to make that many errors. read more

This location is a joke. The customer service is non existent. They truly are incompetent and don't give a flying flip. They don't know if you have paid, what you ordered, don't ask if you want condiments, nothing. They hand you a bag, say the usual have a good night and shut the window before you could possibly have a chance to ask for anything. The employees are literally there to collect an unworthy pay check. It's obvious they hate their job and most likely stare at what seems to be a broken clock and think no way that can be right way more than being productive and taking care of people. This Whataburger is the worst one in all of the galaxy. Went there to get an online order, first no one is at the counter. I wait several minutes, finally a girl comes to the counter, I tell her why I am there, she says she does not have it and was not helpful at all, she said it was probably at South Main. I showed her the order, it was this store. And to top it all off I can hear some smart aleck kid making fun of me as he walked to the drive up. No adults in here. Just a bunch of kids who do not have any customer service skills and did not seem to care about anyone. I have live in Weatherford since 1966 and I know a lot of people. My family went here yesterday to get lunch for the grandkids while on their way out to do stuff. Seeing several cars in the drive thru my daughter decided to go inside. Her order was taken right away and she waited for it. 18 minutes she waited. There were others in the dining room waiting but there didn't seem to be any urgency to get the food out. She was about to leave to get the kids to they appointment when she got the food. This is our first and probably last time to use this location. I don't know where to begin... Karen S just gave my family the best service we have ever had at a restaurant, whether sit down or drive-thru. We gave a very complicated order, with expectation of needing to confirm as we received the items, and let me tell you she more than delivered! We asked for extra picante sauce and let me tell you... 25 packets was outstanding. This was just the beginning... we asked for combo taquitos and when they weren't on the receipt, not only did Karen allow us to keep the 12 mistaken taquitos, Karen made us 3 new ones and wouldn't even take the $20 bill we offered to pay above the $82 tab we ordered. Not often do you receive such service, I just had to compliment Karen S and the team we had the privilege of feeding our entire family with tonight. This is the WORST whataburger I have EVER been to!!!! They struggled to get the order in, and when I made a comment about it, trying to be helpful, the manager that was helping got very snotty and had a nasty attitude. I then proceeded to wait for 40 MINUTES for ONE. FUCKING. BURGER!!!!!! Then they wouldn't give it to me without showing my receipt which I had already thrown in the trash. They said if I wanted my burger to go dig my receipt out of the garbage. So I did. What else should I have done? Please never come to this whataburger.
