We ordered a #1 and #2. However we ordered from the wrong store. We went to pick up at curbside and a young man came out and asked us if we were in the wrong place. Then he offered to remake our meal at no charge. We took him up on his offer. You don't find customer service like that anymore. What a wonderful experience read more

Tired of getting screwed here. Ordered four Potato Egg & Cheese Taquitos. All four the size of Taco Bell Cheesy Roll-Ups. I'll only be back on Sundays when Chick Filet is closed. For the same price of a taquito I can get a chicken biscuit. And they are consistent. read more

I was nervous by the negative reviews but we had a great experience! I ordered on the app for 7 and everything was perfect. Burgers all made correctly, there was ketchup and napkins. We stopped in for a bathroom break, the bathrooms were very clean. The 2 employees we interacted with were very nice! Don't be scared! read more

I went here last week and order myself and my son, off the app, our meals. When we received them the fries were so cold. I will try them again to see if it was my fault since I did pick up at 5pm... read more

Do not order through their ap. I did. It never came. According to their manager Wendy, they have no way of looking anything up if you order it online. They have no idea who picks it up, no idea who delivers it, and they have no system to see who the delivery was assigned to. It's absurd. Whattaburger is the best fast food burger, but I don't trust these people anymore. They have no idea what is happening with the food if it's delivery apparently and zero quality. Sad. read more

This place has horrible reviews but that was not our experience. Dominic took our order he is very nice and helpful. Food came out quick and hot. They brought it to our table and another person followed with a tray with extra sauces, salt and pepper, and ketchup. Place was clean, except floor was greasy and a little slippery. Women's bathroom was clean but mens bathroom needed some love. We enjoyed watching Dominic role play with a new employee. I used to do that with my employees when I was a manager, I love seeing that. First time eating at this place since we don't have them in California. We are not big fast food eaters but son wanted this. Do I need to eat at one again, no. It was nothing special for me, but customer service was great. read more

Pretty average. My Whataburger wasn't great. The patty was only slightly warm and the whole burger was just average. I we were with friends and it took 10 minutes to get out food, so I decided not to ask for a hot replacement burger. read more

Food was good inspected before Only problem as I walk in and get serviced I'm seeing people working without gloves and hair nets So I ask what your health code score because I'm not from here and I'm just working in the area They got their manager instead of showing me she smiled but didn't even try to listen to what I was saying and went on her way to say it's up there when no score was presented visible for the customer A clip board saying that the score can be seen upon request. And she grabbed it and shoved it in my face as if I can't see 2ft away from my face I let her know she doesn't need to put it in my face And the whole interaction was just unprofessional read more

During my most recent trip to Texas I had Whataburger twice in a single day. I had a breakfast burger combo and then I went back that evening for a jalapeño cheeseburger with bacon. The jalapeños were actually hot. Great fast food meal that hit the spot! They got my order correct both times. read more

Whataburger - My 1st ever Breakfast Burger! Pretty good! - Burgers Near Me - Weatherford, Texas

I continue to be disappointed by Whataburger's inability to get my order correct and i'm still convinced that they have fundamentally changed the way they prepare the burgers. I used to get a warm/hot burger patty right off the grill. Nowadays, all I seem to get is a half-cold slab of meat that won't even melt the cheese. Won't be back soon. read more

Fastest, friendliest, cleanest Whataburger we've been to in a long time. Staff was excellent.

horrible no straws paid for 3 ranches didn't get it food- patty melt with reg onions they put grilled they don't pay attention totally ass, we go here quite often bc it's close and i shouldn't have to ask every single time if they got the ranch in the bag get ur shit together bc it's been like 10+ times i've bought ranch BOUGHT IT and never got it id be different if u didn't have to buy a condiment but yk this world is shit just like this whataburger go to south main not this one read more

I got an order through the drive thru. The line moved very quickly and I was able to get my food in less than 15 minutes, which is pretty good for this location as the drive thru typically moves rather slowly. The food tasted great and my orders were made correctly. read more

Amelia is an icon she's been at the drive thru on the grind & goes the extra mile for my delectable burger thank u girl

Paid a visit last night and it was sodium overload. On the burger, chicken even onion rings. This unfortunately happens to often at this location. They even managed to get my order wrong. Won't be going back. I'll make the extra drive time for In and out burger. W read more

Complete garbage. This place is so poorly managed it's comical. Slow service, have to beg for ketchup, salt/pepper packets not filled up , fries all have "black specks on them...assume from old/dirty oil. Place is in serious need of some leadership. read more

Went through the drive through. Time was about 9:30 am. Ordered Taquito and coffee. Got to the window and handed my credit card to the lady and ask for some hot sauce. She handed back my receipt and i then waited with the Taquito in a bag. She then restocked all the hot sauce stock at the window as i waited for my coffee. I drove off with my meal. The issue is that there was not any hot sauce in the bag and that the coffee was in fact hot tea. Way to many people scrambling inside to make that many errors. read more

This location is a joke. The customer service is non existent. They truly are incompetent and don't give a flying flip. They don't know if you have paid, what you ordered, don't ask if you want condiments, nothing. They hand you a bag, say the usual have a good night and shut the window before you could possibly have a chance to ask for anything. The employees are literally there to collect an unworthy pay check. It's obvious they hate their job and most likely stare at what seems to be a broken clock and think no way that can be right way more than being productive and taking care of people. What's worse is management stands for it. A lot of places are like this these days. It's really sad. It won't bother me one bit if this location would shut down. read more

keegan was our order taker and our greeter at the window and he was fantastic. we understand that it was late at night, but he had a wonderful attitude and was so positive that he didn't make us as tired as we were. thank you keegan for making us so happy with our experience. read more

If you order curbside plan yo wait a really long time past what it says. Good better at south main one.

The first 3 times they messed up my order and took it back 2 times because they put mustard and lettuce and tomatoes on a plan cheeseburger with ketchup. also the staff in the area was rude read more

This Whataburger is the worst one in all of the galaxy. Went there to get an online order, first no one is at the counter. I wait several minutes, finally a girl comes to the counter, I tell her why I am there, she says she does not have it and was not helpful at all, she said it was probably at South Main. I showed her the order, it was this store. And to top it all off I can hear some smart aleck kid making fun of me as he walked to the drive up. No adults in here. Just a bunch of kids who do not have any customer service skills and did not seem to care about anyone. I have live in Weatherford since 1966 and I know a lot of people. From this point on I will do my best to encourage people to stay away from this terribly run Whataburger. Overall rating F-------------------! read more

I love Whataburger. But for the second time in a row I have had a dry burger. My favorite burger is their sweet and spicy bacon burger. The sauce gives it the perfect flavor. But whoever prepared the last two failed to put it on. read more

My family went here yesterday to get lunch for the grandkids while on their way out to do stuff. Seeing several cars in the drive thru my daughter decided to go inside. Her order was taken right away and she waited for it. 18 minutes she waited. There were others in the dining room waiting but there didn't seem to be any urgency to get the food out. She was about to leave to get the kids to they appointment when she got the food. This is our first and probably last time to use this location. Courtesy and order accuracy was fine but speed of service was not. read more

15 minutes for 3 breakfast burritos and two hash browns. Food was decent. Dining tables seem to be clean, but the floors could use some attention. Men's room definitely needs some regular cleaning. read more

Fries were cold. Chicken was dry and toasted bun was burnt. Will go back to the Whataburger off 20 at least the food is fresh.

The wisest choice I've ever made. There was nothing like this Whataburger. Do not misunderstand me; I adore every Whataburger. However, our vacation to this one was just unmatched. (Really, it's quick food) 10/10 service. This does not imply that it lacks outstanding quality, though. This is the essence of what it means to be a Whataburger in every way. read more

Writing this while sitting in the drive thru. I have been sitting here for at least 15 minutes behind the same car. This is not the first time this has happened and it has happened at both Whataburger's in weatherford. This always happens after 10 pm and they are never busy but they always take forever. Also happened at the one by the Fort Worth stock yards. Whatburger!!!! Do something about this!!!! This is ridiculous!!! read more

Whataburger - Burgers Near Me - Weatherford, Texas

I don't know where to begin... Karen S just gave my family the best service we have ever had at a restaurant, whether sit down or drive-thru. We gave a very complicated order, with expectation of needing to confirm as we received the items, and let me tell you she more than delivered! We asked for extra picante sauce and let me tell you... 25 packets was outstanding. This was just the beginning... we asked for combo taquitos and when they weren't on the receipt, not only did Karen allow us to keep the 12 mistaken taquitos, Karen made us 3 new ones and wouldn't even take the $20 bill we offered to pay above the $82 tab we ordered. Not often do you receive such service, I just had to compliment Karen S and the team we had the privilege of feeding our entire family with tonight. Thank you for ensuring the customer comes first in a time of need that we all are facing. read more

This is the WORST whataburger I have EVER been to!!!! They struggled to get the order in, and when I made a comment about it, trying to be helpful, the manager that was helping got very snotty and had a nasty attitude. I then proceeded to wait for 40 MINUTES for ONE. FUCKING. BURGER!!!!!! Then they wouldn't give it to me without showing my receipt which I had already thrown in the trash. They said if I wanted my burger to go dig my receipt out of the garbage. So I did. What else should I have done? Please never come to this whataburger. The most miserable experience I've ever had. read more

This place is so bad. Slowest service ever, dirty inside, restrooms a mess, younger folks working could care less, limp cold fries, need I continue...OK I will, meal finally arrived and no ketchup in sight. Ask the young gentleman and he said "I got you". Well, 5 minutes later, he still does not "have me". I walk up the side counter, stand there another few minutes and finally the same fine upstanding young man pokes his head around the corner, ask what I need and I say the same ketchup I ask for about 10 minutes ago. He acts like no big deal as he grabs me a few and I enjoy that fine ketchup with my now ice cold meal. As I sulk and bitterly choke the rest of this swill down, I hear repeated folks asking for salt, pepper, napkins, knives, etc...because these are all out in the self service area. Who in the world is managing this train wreck. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
