We recently visited this Whataburger again and no complaints. My hubs and I both tried something different and home run! The Patty Melt was delicious with the perfect grilled onions on it and the french fries were perfect. My hubs got the Sweet and Spicy burger and he loved it. The customer service was awesome. the gentleman that took our order was younger and very polite and had a super awesome hat on with all of whataburgers stickers on the bill. We tried to grab breakfast this morning before church and we encountered Taniya at the front counter... someone who we've encountered before.. she does not speak to you, she literally stares at you until you order and then states your total amount which is different than the amount listed on the screen. I'm usually not one to complain. If the restaurant makes a mistake, usually it's no big deal. But it's been happening a lot and I'm tired of it. First we order and we finally get to pay for it. While I was ordering I specifically asked for lots of Spicy catchup. When we get to the window, our order is wrong and very little catch-up. We call back and the "manager" answered. I try to run through this location on my way home, but more often than not I pull right through without getting anything. The line is always so long because of slow service, and the last time I went at 10:00am on a Wednesday, no one even greeted me on the speaker and I sat there for five minutes before a woman very rudely said just a minute. I really want to give this what a burger a chance since it's by my house. But if not one thing it's the next. They get something wrong with my order more than not. It also takes forever to get my food. If there's two cars in the line I know I can't go there without being late to wherever I'm going. They have one or two good workers and everyone else is awful. I avoid ordering certain things on the menu like their breakfast taquitos now because they are getting stingier and stingier with how much meat they put on there, or they put the wrong meat on there completely.
