She asked if this was for a school group and I explained it's for my daughter's 13th birthday. "We're having a Taylor Swift party" (TS go to fast food is cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake). Maria not only took my order over the phone but it was perfectly packaged, all correct and hot / ready quickly. Was passing through Friday evening on way to College Station. Very slow service. I was asked to pull over to front that my order was fully ready but just one thing (the wings) was not. I pulled up and parked. 30 mins waiting still nothing. Went inside to check. I saw two basket of wings sitting there above fryer while i was waiting to get manager attention. Manager with beard in a hair net, said it had just came out. Then they proceed to pack the whole order right then to include wings. Does not take 30 mins for wings. Okay. Let's get into it! I think it's very overrated. The line for the drive-through is beyond confusing at this location. Drive thru is the main area of concern due to they way they have arranged the flow of traffic in this the shopping center. Communication from the drive-thru attendant could also be much better. Definitely not the Chick fil a experience, but I've also had way worse experiences, too. They are also reasonably priced. The food was satisfactory, but the loads of pickles and tomatoes caused the bread to get soggy quickly. People are getting angry, and they never seem to get it right.
