I visited close to closing time, so I was the only one there, but the place seems like it could be a really fun spot to hang out, especially with the outdoor patio seating. One small idea, if they haven't already considered it: it looks like there might be enough space for another food truck or two. An ice cream truck would be especially fun for families and could make the space even more interesting. As usual we had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels as every time we have been there they appeared to be out. Very Disappointed! We don't mind paying the current market price for a very good burger but today, We would have gotten better burgers and great Fries at Whataburger! What made the situation worse was the way management handled it. Initially, we were only offered 50% off the bill, despite the seriousness of serving raw chicken to a child. They did not automatically remove or comp the child's meal or the replacement meal. When we expressed that we appreciated the gesture but wanted to speak with the owner about the situation, management became defensive rather than taking accountability. Eventually, we were told the entire ticket would be covered -- but only if we agreed to never come back. That response was shocking and unprofessional. At no point did we feel genuine concern, accountability, or care for our child's wellbeing. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but how a business responds says everything. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, especially to a young child, and the handling of the situation left us feeling dismissed rather than cared for. We cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.
