I would put a 0 star if possible; the service was terrible and the drive thru cashier at 3:50pm on 04/19/26 was extremely rude, shows why she works there read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Came in after my kids soccer tournament and decided to dine in before making the drive back home. Drive thru wasn't very full I saw 2 cars in line when pulling up and it was empty inside. Even though it was empty inside it still took like 8 minutes for the employee to take our order, she would ask me questions that didn't make sense ex: I asked for two kids meal "justaburger" with cheese and she asked if I wanted just the burger I told her no I wanted the kids meal but that that's what the burger is called "justaburger" and she seemed confused eventually we managed past that little setback and when they brought our food they gave me the wrong food and I realized she charged me for something completely different so I went back in line to order the correct item and this time it took 15 minutes for her to acknowledge that I was there after she attended the people in front of me she took another 5 minutes to finally ask me what I needed when I asked for pancakes she said breakfast was going to be over in 4 minutes so she wasn't going to serve them to me. I argued that I had originally ordered them but she charged me for something completely different to which she replies 1 minute, then proceeded to take 5 more minutes before asking me what I wanted again and I said pancakes and she asks how many I told her 1 order and she asks if I just want 1 and I said no I wanted how ever many come with the order she said than you want 3 which at this point I'm frustrated with her service and lack of work ethic and just replied yes if that's how many come with the order than yes. Definitely don't recommend you guys come here stay away unless you like being ignored and having conversations with low IQ humans read more

we waited in the drive thru line for OVER 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO THE SPEAKER AND THEN SAT AT THE SPEAKER FOR ANOTHER 20 FUCKING MINUTES FOR NOT A SINGLE PERSON TO EVEN COME ON THE SPEAKER TO, AT THE VERY LEAST, SAY "HELLO WELCOME TO WHATABURGER". no nothing. not a single word. silence, finally i yelled "hello" and they came on and said "give us one minute" and that was it. i waited another 5 minutes. said hello again, nothing, drove up to the window because now we've waited in the drive thru for over an hour, and the lady at the window was trying to tell me they had stopped taking orders ?????!!!!!????? like actually wtf?? then COMMUNICATE THAT TO THE PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THRU INSTEAD OF JUST LETTING US SIT THERE !!!! when we told them they should have communicated that to us at the speaker, they verbatim said "well then go to mcdonald's" and flipped us off as they were closing the window in our face. we watched 8 separate cars sit there and wait and then just drive off, including our car makes it 9 cars. not only is this location LOSING CUSTOMERS but the customer service was just not there at all. do better. if yall were going to stop taking orders, someone needs to be going out to the drive thru and saying something to the customers about it. and flipping off a customer at the drive thru is NEVER OKAY !!! if i could give this location 0 stars i would've. read more

Went last night for some late dinner. The cashier was very nice and got my order right. She offered me ketchup and overall was a very nice visit. I had a past visit that wasn't so nice but it has gotten way better. My food was hot and perfect. I came to eat inside and they greeted me and were very polite. I'll be back read more

Whataburger - Bacon, Egg, Cheese #22 Biscuit Sandwich. - Burgers Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

My first time at a Whataburger. Everyone says you have to try a Whataburger and they are better than In n Out. Well let me tell you something, the Whataburger is good but seems just like any other fast food place. In n Out beats them by a mile. First off the food at In n Out taste way fresher. The Whataburger is good though, don't get me wrong I will gladly eat it any day. I had the patty melt today and it was good n cheesy on some Texas toast. So yes I did like it! The fries seem pretty standard but are good. They have a few different kinds of ketchup or sauces for you to use also. Now to the restaurant itself. The bathroom was just absolutely horrible. This facility or maybe business does not seem to have standards as other said burger joint. Nor do the employees seem as happy to be working there. The girl who took my order was friendly and nice though. The only reason I compare Whataburger to In n Out is because everyone else is saying one is better than the other. California vs Texas. Well California wins this burger contest. Still I eat a lot of fast food and will smash on a Whataburger if I get a chance. Keep the bathroom clean though cause when I'm done with your burger I'm gonna need to use the bathroom!! read more

love the patty melt and chicken sandwiches just keep getting jalapeños in my chicken sandwich

In the past two weeks I've gone through the drive-thru to order a meal. Both times I ordered a #2 with cheese, onion rings and an apple pie plus a drink. In both occasions Whataburger did meet my expectations in the quality of food nor in their service. On the 11th of May, I ended up not getting the cheese on my burger. By the time I got it home, I decided to just eat the double meat burger without the cheese. When I went to eat the burger, I found it to be only lukewarm rather than hot. I only live 5 minutes away and this was disappointing as my onion rings were jammed into the cardboard container and were very cold. The only saving grace was my apple pie was piping hot. I thought this experience was an anomaly and decided to go back today, the 17th of May, I went back to Whataburger to place my order. Lo and behold, there was cheese on the burger but it wasn't melted on there. Also the burger was cold, not just lukewarm like the first time. The onion rings were cold and there was no catsup in the bag. The apple pie was the only hot item. There's another Whataburger in Lewisville and I'll check that one out as it's only 7 more minutes for me to drive. I want to see if the quality is endemic to the chain or it's just one location that I've gone to for over 20 years. read more

The best service ever although the guy that took our order over the window he was alone multitasking he made my order perfectly genuinely felt bad for him since it was just him and a whole line of cars . Ran through the drive-thru on my way back to Dallas. Ordered a burger combo and a salad. They asked what kind of chicken on my salad - I ordered "crispy". Got my order, drive an hour home. When I opened my salad, it was fresh and attractive - except -- there was not one piece of chicken in the entire salad. Not one. Called the restaurant. They offered to make me another one. I was not driving an hour each way to get a salad that they didn't put any chicken on. I asked for a credit to my card. I was told no. I asked for an e-giftcard. Again, NO. The lady told me if I'd call back the next day, I could talk to their acting GM. NO. I am a life-long Whataburger fan - but this is not the way that most Whataburgers treat their customers. The lady I spoke to did not care that they shorted me the most expensive part of the salad. She did not care. I am soooo disappointed in this Whataburger. read more

UPDATE: We accidentally forgot to change the location on our Ubereats order and it sent the order to this location since its closest to us. Be aware, they WILL, ABSOLUTELY, 100%, screw up EVERY single aspect of your order and the quality of food has SERIOUSLY declined. Still the worst Whataburger in Texas. Save yourself the trouble! read more

This Whataburger location is very clean and service is fast and friendly. We like this location because it's close to home and have been going here for years. The only issue is the drive through can be a pain due to how the parking lot is set up. The parking lot is kinda small also but we normally use the drive through and eat at Lake Lewisville. If you have never had Whataburger you have to give it a try. The triple burger is always a must for me. read more

Good customer service at the window just very SLOW SERVICE. Waited 30 mins for 2 patty melt meals

$20 and 20 minutes later, I got my two burgers. I will not be returning. This is obscene.

30 minutes for fries and a sprite. Sat at the drive thru for 5 waiting waiting to order. It's a fries and sprite. I could have grown the potatoes, cut them, and made fries within the time I spent at this awful whataburger. read more

Waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Stood there in-front of managers for 30 minutes who clearly did not care at all.

Ordered a delivery for a burger, two fries and two drinks. When we received the order we were missing a fry, I originally called just to get a refund because I ordered off the app and the manager insisted I bring the food I ordered for delivery to the restaurant to verify I didn't get the fry. So I brought the food to the restaurant, no one even looked in my bag to verify that I didn't get the fry they just gave me the fry. So why make me come to the store and let my food get cold if you were just going to give me the fry either way? I would of been fine with a refund. Also no one acknowledged me when I came into the store everyone walked past me or completely ignored me when I would of been fine with just a give me one moment. So I left with a cold meal and a melted shake. Never coming here again until they get new management. read more

A joke of a place. I ordered on drive thru, it took like 9 mins with only one car I front of mine... I love Whataburger but this location is ridiculous. I ordered the Monterey melt sandwich, and I got literally 3 pieces of veggies... fries and burger were cold. Never again buying at this location. read more

Avoid this place. They are extremely slow. Takes 30 minutes on average. I just left without my food because I was fed up with waiting.

Everytime I come to this Whataburger I have to wait a long time. I expected it like to move when they close the doors and only have the drive-thru open. The food gets four stars but the service, the time you wait and the ever loving surprise they might close the doors and only use drive-thru keeps me coming back.....NOT. read more

More than 30 mins waiting with only 4 cars ahead of us. They even told us before we put Our order to wait so they can catch up ! Never again read more

Customer service wasn't terrible but I ordered my food online expecting it to be ready when I got there. IT WASNT EVEN CLOSE. Waited an additional 30 min to get my burger and cold fries. And they left out the most important part. (Apple pie). As I stood there and waited, more customers showed up, they waited 20 min before anyone ever came to the counter to take their order. This was 11pm, There was 2 vehicles in the drive through. They were far from being busy, in the mean time no one has a Sense of urgency and 2 of the 5 employees were clocking out. Poorly managed as far as I'm concerned. read more

ordered a patty melt with extra creamy pepper sauce no onion the guy at the window was respectful but my order wasn't right and the only reason why i checked mines before i left was the car in front of me got back in line because theirs was wrong so got back in the line stated what was wrong with my order he left here comes another man handing me 2 sauces of the creamy pepper sauce i mean if u charge me extra for the sauce to go on my burger i expect u to make it like that so then here comes this older woman cussin me out getting an attitude asking what's the problem i said my burger wasn't made right this woman cussed at me and slams the door in my face I JUST FEEL LIKE IF U CANT HANDLE WORKING IN FAST FOOD DO NOT WORK WITH FAST FOOD ILL BE UP THWRE IN THE MORNING AND SHOW WHO IT WAS I ALSO HAVE A LIVE VIDEO OF THE WHOLE THING ON FB AND I HAVE 40k followers i mean i am a chef with great content but i do have pictures of her as well read more

This is the closest Whataburger to my house and every single time I come after 10PM it is such a long wait. I don't know if the place can't keep their employees or if they just refuse to staff it better, but they would have so much more business if they just had enough people to take care of the people coming later at night. Kind of ridiculous to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes in line for fast food. read more

How can it take so long to make so little food? It's genuinely impressive how long it takes this place to make a sandwich.
