Usually I would but not today. Slow, unfriendly, in desperate need of training/retraining and supervision. Though I gave her my order twice, it was still wrong. I went through drive thru and no one was in front of me and the wait was ridiculous. By the time I left there were easily 10 cars behind me and I didn't order anything special. I come here quite frequently and mostly on Sunday mornings. I was on my way home before I realized their mistake and had to go back. I called first, spoke with Gloria, and when I got back there I went inside and asked for Gloria. I'm not sure where the hostility or attitude came from but I had to ask for her supervisors information. It was not what I would expect from this Whataburger nor appreciate. This Whataburger was absolutely terrible. I was not only harassed within the line to order but even as i sat to eat your awful food. As soon as I went to eat my food I was met with this horrendous stench resonating from within my burger. Upon further inspection I found a lock of hair poking between the patty and the cheese. On Jun 28, 2025, I ordered in the app for curbside delivery. I was hesitant because I had previously ordered curbside twice before and both times it was wrong and just downright heartbreaking. Anyway, fast forward to this visit. Sat in curbside spot for 10 mins (I was actually five mins late from the time I said I would arrive). Finally got order and drove home. Shame on me for not checking it, it was wrong. I immediately reached out via the website. I received a form letter apologizing and offering a new meal. What was sad was that form letter was in the title of the email. If you are going to take the time to send me a letter, at least change the title. This coupled with the poor service and lack of quality control checks, made this experience unpleasant, impersonal, and unprofessional. read more

Your typical Texas Whataburger these days....and what I mean by that is dry, unseasoned and made wrong 9 out of 10 times. I will never understand why it is so hard to read a receipt. Ask for no tomatoes, get tomatoes. Ask for grilled onions, get raw onions. Ask for extra pickles...you guessed it, strike 3. Fries all had "black specks" indicating old oil needed to be changed. Worst Whataburger store I've ever been to. Posted an online order. Arrived. Checked in. No one came out for 10 minutes. Went in and told employee at counter I had online order (she was actually nice and felt bad). The store was crowded with people waiting around counter (maybe 15-20 people). I watched as orders were brought out. Several were wrong. At one point, the lady that I originally spoke to asked me my name again. She went to kitchen and came back out with order. I took it, thanked her, and left. Probably wait at counter was around 20 minutes. When I got home, I called and asked for manager. When she got on the phone, she asked how I ordered. I told her through the app - which I receive tons of emails to use. She told me not to use the app when coming there. And so I do not anymore. Acutally, I don't go there anymore period. It was probably my number one fast food takeout. No mas! Too many better options. read more

Every time we go, our burgers and fries are always cold! I've asked several times for them to make it fresh, so far they have not done so! I've picked up food at this Whataburger 3 or 4 times. The people that are working here are friendly, happy, and try hard. The only problem is that they are so busy trying to be friendly, they mess up the order. The drive through person was so quick to take my order last time, that the entire order was messed up + they forget to give us a straw and our apple pie. :/ I'm hoping that the orders will be right....as soon as they have the experience working in fast food. This is one of the first official fast food restaurants in LV, so it's new to the entire area. Please take the time to eat here.....I'm sure it'll get better. I give them another chance. read more

This is the worst Whatabuger I've ever been to. While I've only eaten there twice both times the food hasn't been up to Whataburger standards. Either the order has been incorrect and/or the taste isn't right. Idk if they use other substandard products or perhaps the grill isn't cleaned properly or maybe staff is unhappy and doesn't care. This store has NEVER made a good Honey bbq chicken strip sandwich. The cheese is never melted and they skimp out on the sauce. Its off our list of eating. Id rather eat at DQ's. Ive left a review on their webpage and still haven't seen an improvement. Ill eat at my other regular Whataburger in UC, Schertz or Seguin. Sorry guys. I love to eat! I used to go into another whataburger for ice and a cashier took it upon herself to charge for a soda. So I quit going in. Even after a manager told her that they didn't charge for cups of ice. Well this whataburger definitely has their customer service down. I brought in my own cup for ice and they offered me a fresh cup to get ice. They went as far as suggesting I pour the ice from the new cup into my old cup so I'd have 2 cups of ice. The managers here are doing something right! They need to call universal city and show them how it's done. Anyone who's been pregnant knows ice is something you crave! read more
