The people at this location are always super friendly and the food is always good. Overall, I enjoy going here as it's the closest and most convenient location for me. I'd say the only negative about this place is sometimes it can take a really long time to get your food. There have been times I've been the only car in the drive thru and have waited 15-20 mins to get my order. I'm not ordering a lot, either. If there are more than 3-4 people already in line in the drive thru, I'll usually just go elsewhere if I can't order inside. read more

I statistically never write reviews about bad experiences because often I understand they are circumstantial and rarely the fault of the individuals running the store. However today was different. Today me and my mom placed an order on the app for two kids meals and an extra drink about ten minutes ahead of when we arrived. We knew it might take a while and anticipated it could be later than the time estimate so we didn't enter the facility till about three minutes after the estimated completion time. When I asked about the order there was an empty cup sitting in the pickup rack, only after me saying something did the drinks get started (now five minutes after the expected ready time) and sat there waiting. Once the drinks were done they were left on the rack and I continued to wait for another 10 minutes. During this time I counted two families, three individuals, and six cars order, receive their food, and some leave. At this point I'm approached and asked if there was more than just the drinks to my order. Once I confirmed about the kids meals they left and said they'd check on it and returned asking if I wanted ketchup with the order some 8 minutes after me confirming I also had food. I could get if they were holding on stuff, or if others were also still waiting and or problems had arisen. But it feels like placing a mobile order is utterly futile as this location will prioritize every other format of ordering until ~23 minutes after expected ready time. No communication from the team, extensive wait time, and several people ordered after and had their orders completed before I got two kids meals and an extra drink. We love Whataburger but this particular one is terrible. We ordered three meals and every one of them was messed up. If it hadn't taken 30 min to order & get our food (plus 20 min travel time) we would have gone back but it was already late and we didn't want to wait another hour to eat. Ok so it's Whataburger. You know it's a Texas legend up front. This location is fairly new. It's clean and well lit. Open 24 hrs a day. I go at all hours and the staff has always been super friendly. My food always comes out hot and fresh. Once I had to wait for biscuits to finish baking but the gave me a complimentary drink for my 5 minute wait. Of course the food is great. I love bacon egg and cheese biscuits and Whataburger has them for cheaper than Mc Donalds and they are fresher with crispy bacon and a fresh cooked egg.
