The cheese burger was delicious and hot. The fried were freshly made. The service was friendly and fast. Good place to have a meal. read more

I ordered through DoorDash and spent nearly $70 on three meals, and the entire order was a mess. Every meal was missing the fries, the 9-piece wings had barely any sauce, and the Cobb salad came with no dressing. It honestly felt like no one cared when this order was put together. For the price, this was completely unacceptable. When you're charging this much, the basics should at least be right. This kind of careless service points to a serious management problem, and if it keeps up, I don't see how this place will last. They've definitely lost my business. read more

I took my kids here for the first time recently and they're STILL talking about it a week later. My kid has even started drawing the Whataburger logo for fun. I'm not sure if getting obsessive about Whataburger is a good thing but we will come back in moderation. I did enjoy the Whataburger as I always do. My kids for the chicken tenders and Whataburger Jr with fries. They ate everything! This is a great sign because they can be so picky sometimes. We also took advantage of a free Whataburger through the app sign up, and a free Whataburger Jr through a mailed-in coupon. Our total was around $15 because of the tenders, extra fries, and a drinks. Really not a bad deal to make us all happy. Thank you! read more

Got order wrong twice even after returning, obviously don't care. Don't get a sweet and spicy you will be disappointed unlike other Whataburgers. read more

Always fast and tasty... front person really attentive and cleaning the place at the same time, I love Whataburger!

i ordered meals several and the main things i asked for was ranch, what do you know there is no ranch and now we paid extra for something we did not even receive, just completely upsetting read more

Is zero stars an option? I arrived at 5:05 PM...hardly the dinner rush...ordered at 5:11 PM and stood there for until 5:41 PM waiting for my meal. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. I was not alone. Four other gentlemen were standing in the lobby waiting. I do not recommend this Whataburger! Beyond being slow, the staff is rude and the overall cleanliness is low. Chic Fil A is next door. Go there and get treated better...and fed faster! read more

Worst Whataburger imaginable slow service food is very inconsistent as staff that does not seem to even want to be there just all-around bad

It was fine. This is a drive through and as far as fast food goes one of my favorites. But fast food is just not "fast" anymore as I just sat way too long for a single burger. My expectations should be more appopriate but I am a Texan so I take a bit of pride in Whataburger. The only real negative with the experience is the change was dropped in my hand instead of placed (I am sure COVID related) and it went everywhere in my car. read more

Sick of coming here and getting mustard when I order AND my receipt says sub-mayo!!!!!! It's happened 4 times now!!!!!! If you can't get orders right, USE the STICKERS!!! I've noticed y'all don't do that anymore. Also, drive thru staff doesn't even know the menu. Poor training. Poor management read more

It's a Whataburger- but the SLOWEST I have ever seen. Be prepared to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes read more

Dear whataburger, Have you been taken over by Chicago? You have no southern charm and no Texas pride. I frequent this establishment out of necessity. But y'all SUCK!! My order is never right. Never. It's hit and miss if it's warm. Your people are not friendly. They aren't even polite. I'm so sick of you!! You are a disgrace to whataburgers and to Texas. read more

Worst service I experienced at a whataburger, slow, rude and terrible quality. Waited for about 15 minutes after paying, decided to go in and they had the food ready, just noone wanted to take it out to the car, manager told me food is here‍ Made us late for our commitment. TERRIBLE read more

yooo wth is going on? I am currently sitting in the drive through... first off, your people are rude..I waited 20 min for the car in front of me to order, then another 10 for myself. but I didn't bc I know sometimes things can go wrong. but y'all can't check in w your guests? let them know what's going on.. when really it doesn't seem like anything is besides people just not wanting to work? but either way, COMMUNICATE. and now the car behind me got his food? (probably bc hes a cop though) so I won't complain... but really this place sucks. terrible service. will definitely not be back and this was my first time here. also if you're going to be this bad, at least have FRIENDLY people taking the orders to make up for it. y'all really deserve 0 stars. I spent 45+ minutes here with ONE CAR in front of me. crazy read more

It's fast food, Texas fast food. This is NOT a boutique burger bar. Even my friends from James Beard Foundation know it's fast food and both gave it a double thumbs up. The review is based on a typical burger and fast food joint. The fast food menu offers a variety of burgers and other fried foods. It's my go to place when I'm in the mood for a quick lunch near home. I know what to expect and it meets them. The staff, for the most part are friendly, service quick and while not always healthy, the food is filling. I like the fact that they have table service and not a constant drone of "number 54, your order is ready". The menu is inexpensive which makes it great with families ot taking out friends that you don't want to spend a lot of money on :) I have never had anything bad here nor have I had a bad experience. Great sized burgers, crunchy fries and all the soft drinks you want to consume on your non healthy splurge day. My New York City colleagues made me take them back for a second lunch and they are Michelin star folks. Now that's a recommendation,,, read more

Whataburger - Fast food, fast service - Burgers Near Me - College Station, Texas

Delicious and fresh. Staff was courteous. Fries were crisped to perfection. Well worth the wait

Such awesome burger. I literally drove thousands of miles to eat a Whataburger! Michigan to Texas for a Whataburger!

Terrible service lady didn't tell us they were out of buns and when asked lady tried to say she told us there was buns they made a fuss about everything and they got several orders wrong while eating here don't stop here go to chick fil a across the street read more

The burger was well cooked and all but they put the burger in the worst order. From the top ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, patty, cheese. Cheese should never be at the bottom read more

I have come to this location for a Whatafish sandwich several Fridays over the last few months. Every time I have ordered no tartar sauce, but literally every time my sandwich has come with tartar sauce. I always go through the drive thru so I do not find out until I get home. I have thrown away over $100 of food from this location since the start of the year for being served the wrong order. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! read more

Food is usually ok but don't order curbside cause you'll be waiting an hour to get your food just for them to tell you it has to be "remade" because someone trashed it. Or you'll end up having to go inside anyway because all the employees hide in the back and don't even bother to have someone up front. I'll stick to the location on Dominik from now on. read more

Don't go here on a Friday night, the place is over filled with high school students and you'll be waiting in the drive through for an hour plus. If you go inside and ask for your food, it still won't be ready. (Mobile order) There can be multiple workers and nothing will get done. Horrible horrible horrible. read more

What in the world is happening here?! Line around the building so i came in and Im sitting here 15 min waiting on some taquitos?! Used to fly right out before the corporate take over. Ridiculous wait time!!!! Theres no one even here(4 people inside)! Im going to miss church bc i stopped to get FAST FOOD breakfast. Probably shorter wait times at IHOP. These tacos better be good and correct. read more

Unbelievable. Waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me at the time I ordered. Apparently everyone is having the same issue based on the reviews. It is also apparent that management has no interest in improving customer service at this location. read more

To preface this lovely review, I first began at the whataburger on rock prairie. Unfortunately the crowds were too overwhelming thus I moved to highway 6 in search of a simple meal. As I arrived I was practically the first in line, this gave me hope for a wonderful experience. I ordered flawlessly and sat at those oh-so-comfortable whataburger benches awaiting the arrival of my premium chicken tender, only 3 pieces mind you. I then waited 54 minutes, which is an eternity because who knows how much time we have in the hell-hole of an earth. Now, back to the story, as I waited for 54 minutes, I deeply contemplated my hardest life decisions. Now let's be clear, sweet old Debra is a blessing, however, Kaleb with a K is almost satanic. After close to an hour of asking where my food was Debra went and tracked down my 3 piece chicken while Kaleb with a K was being a bit stingy about it. I then received my #13 with holes in my Texas toast. This was not in fact Texas toast, this is toast I would expect from a state like Minnesota. ABYSMAL. To add, my gravy was no where in sight. He was missing, just like Kalebs father I suppose. To wrap up this "short and sweet" review, give Debra a raise. I highly recommend not ever visiting this hell-hole again. It makes the local prison food look like heaven on earth. I could have gone next door to the sleep station, took a quick nap and returned to await my food once more. I have been here more times than I would have liked with other people/convenience. It is the absolute worst Whataburger that I have ever had. I always end up going to Rock Prairie or Fitch instead. The burgers are ALWAYS soggy. It never tastes right. Not to mention the service is so terrible. Multiple times that I have been through, they don't answer at the speaker and we just had to continue driving through. They also come out and have to ask you what you've had multiple times. Be prepared to wait an hour plus even if you can drive right up to the speaker. Seriously... you might as well drive to a different franchise. It's so sad. read more

I literally had the worst drive through experience that I have EVER had at this location. The chick was a total biotch. After finally getting my single person order through, she barked "What else" and after getting my drink order in, "Is that all?". I actually could not contain my laughter. She was no better at the window. And the order was wrong.... Just...No. Go to Chick-Fil-A next door. read more

Ok, I work out here and have gone to this location many, many times! The wait times seem to keep getting worse and worse with the service taking a huge dive! The staff is and has always been some what on the rude and "too busy" or short and quick rudely witted!! Nonetheless, done with getting cut off interrupted over and over while "trying" to Oder! Done with this Whataburger... There's too many other choices now!! read more

Just waited 24 minutes for a kids meal and #5 meal. Went up to the counter twice to ask about our order. while my 3 year old was crying because he was hungry. Seems like no one cares. We love Whataburger but this is ridiculous. It wasn't even the lunch rush, this was 11:00am read more

I literally sat In line for 40 minutes this morning trying to get breakfast only to finally get up to the window to order and be told I couldn't get it, I explained to them that I had been in line way before the cut off time only to get an "sorry sir" I would think someone would show great customer service and honor my order knowing how slow they were moving, my time is not free read more

Whataburger - Burgers Near Me - College Station, Texas

Let's be honest, Every single fast food place has low reviews, not because it isn't good but because it gets far more traffic. The fact is this is the best of the south, despite what people 'waiting in the drive through' think. read more

The wait wasn't that bad it's just that the food was cold. But my experience here was worth my time.

I'm so sorry to have to write a review about this for whataburger. I have been visiting this whataburger for a couple years and it has progressively gotten dirtier. Primarily do to the grackles they have congregating on the outside. I know this is not a fault the whataburger. However they need to be more diligent in cleaning up the appearance of the chicken coop in their parking lot it's unacceptable it's dirty. I don't want to walk in it. I have talked to their management who say say are working on the problem however it appears to be the same. Even the sides of the building have drippings from the birds. Clean up your act Hwy6 Whataburger in College Station. You are an embarrassment read more
