The staff at check-in and housekeeping were friendly and professional. They were eager to assist if any need would arrise. This property recently just completed a renovation taking care of minor touchups as well as replacing the soft goods, just in time for the busy summer season. My wife and I loved this location because of the convenient dining options, ample on-property parking and short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back when visiting again, as well as recommend it to friends and family.

There was rust on vents, counter was missing formica on corners, door to microwave was showing damage. The shower had where you needed to turn handles to cold to get hot water, needed to hold latch when flushing toilets. Fans provided but needed to be cleaned. One of the chipboard doors we could not open at all. Would we stay here again, I don't know. It was easy to check in, easy to communicate with when you had questions.

We called day of to check in early and they got us in about an hour early, yay! They were kind enough to give us a late checkout after a busy holiday weekend. Upon returning for five nights this past week, I like it just as much as ever. The staff is still great, the sweeping view of the ocean is wonderful, and the units are continuously updated by their owners. It's reasonably priced, conveniently located halfway between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay, with a nearby grocery store. All the units have identical layouts with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well-outfitted kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining table, a fireplace stocked with wood, WIFI and cable TV, an ocean-view balcony and access to the beach. It's all I want for a restful stay.

It also has a great beach access with an amazing overlook. 10/10 and this may be where we stay for all future Lincoln city visits.

Oh boy. Where should I even start?! Let's start off…read morepositive. The staff who greeted us upon our arrival was super nice during the whole interaction. She gave us some highlights of the property and we were quickly on our way. Also, the hotel WiFi was pretty good. Now for all the gripes, which I hate to do. This was the first time we stayed here. We "splurged" to stay here, rather than another hotel we regularly go to. At over $300 a night after taxes, we were not expecting stains everywhere; chairs, carpet, and bench. The carpet looked particularly filthy to where it hadn't ever been cleaned. A refrigerator that barely got cold after 2 hours of turning it on. Extremely thin walls; we heard kids next door crashing around for hours. The bed felt like we were just lying on a boxspring! If you have a bad back, the next morning you're going to hurt. They couldn't even supply pillows that would fit a king size bed. An establishment usually has one chance to impress their customer, and they certainly didn't impress us. We will never stay here again.

We had one of the dogs allowed rooms (which they call "cabins") on the courtyard. It had wood-paneled walls and ceiling that made it feel like a ship's cabin, and vintage paintings of ships and other nautical touches to back it up. There were 2 rooms, a fully closing door between them, one with a king and one with a queen bed, and an adorable tiny kitchenette with a pretty tile backsplash. There were ceramic plates and mugs, glasses, and silverware, along with a tiny sponge and dishwashing soap to clean them. The bathroom had interesting tile. All the windows opened to catch the ocean breeze. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet all night. I slept great! The pet relief area is actually a nice little place in a parklike area behind the building near a fun hybrid mini golf-croquet course that looked fun to play but we didn't. I bet kids would love it. This area also has a firepit where you can build a fire and toast marshmallows and be maybe a little noisier than at one of the two firepits in the courtyard. S'more fixings are included in the room. The courtyard has an old boat as decoration, right next to a sandbox filled with toys. The amenities room has a large library of dvds and the rooms have dvd players to watch them with. There also earplugs, razors, toothpaste and brushes in case you need them, and a washer and dryer you can use for free. The restaurant has a small menu of pizza, wings, and salad, and a small bar. The beach is about 2 blocks away, then down a long, very steep set of stairs. I wouldn't recommend it for those with limited mobility, or for carrying a huge load of stuff for a day at the beach. But the beach itself is gorgeous, well worth the trek. We had good Chinese food from a restaurant down the street-- the bestnsalt and pepper tofu I've had in a long time, actually. In short, we stayed one night but this would be a great place to spend a few days relaxing, playing on the beach, and spending time with family or friends. I would love to stay here again someday.

We rented both rooms & they are very nice, each in their own way. The captain's room is a Hawaiian theme & looks like the Captains quarters of a ship. The Cape Cod room is bright yellow and open. Both have great views of the bay. Breakfast was great. They made Dutch Baby's, which we have never had before and they were great! They also accommodate for dietary needs as my mother is allergic to gluten & dairy and they made a special meal for her. Thanks so much for the great stay. We look forward to coming back soon. :)
