We ended up buying 80 shots, so it's safe to say we liked they way our images turned out :) We were a bit camera shy, but Andy was really relaxed and friendly. We had a lot of fun and Andy took some really nice, natural-looking shots. He gave us a really long session, actually, well over the hour that we paid for. Never rushed. Also, we really love the way he plays with light in his photography. My only minor critique would be that maybe Andy is used to working with better models than us :) He had lots of ideas for poses, but personally, we could have used a little more coaching on when to look at the camera, away, etc.-- again, camera shy. Overall a great experience, and when considering the very reasonable price, dp3 was a no-brainer! Recommended.

Make up was A little light looking back I wish I told her to go a bit heavier but that's up to you. It's $90 extra for the makeup and worth it for close ups. Very happy with results, very professional system. I needed my photos fast and Andy was able to get them to me same day. Only thing is the lighting is so beautiful in his space it can make you a little washed out. I should've had that retouched he does various shots and poses so you get a good variety. All in all, very happy. Will return but will know what adjustments to ask for next time. I live in the neighborhood so I also like the opportunity to support locally owned businesses. This is a no fuss, efficient professional photographer who will get you exactly what you need and make you look good.

So...it has taken me a while to write this review because I wasn't sure if it was reviewable or…read morenot....then again I did go see a show there and paid my cover and $3 for beers, so in true Yelp spirit I just have to. Essentially this place pretty much consists of Norwegian photographer and Miami Scene artist, Stian Roenning's art studio/home/party pad/music venue/whatever. I have to admit, being a hipster at heart, that I'm kind of jealous. I'd love to live in a place like that. The downstairs area, where everything is happening, is set up in two spaces. The first is a living room-like area with a red velvet couch and a mirror. White walls display his art (whatever it is that he is working on at the moment), and there's a table (at the show it was used by the people of the Poem Depot). The other room is a huge open space area, that has a projector set up and some really amazing sound acoustics. Perfect for the ANR and Panic Bomber show because both bands have some sort of light show with their performance. The show was ridiculous! We danced the night away hanging out with some of Miami's trendiest, but it felt more like a house party than a venue and that's what I loved about it. Everyone was hanging out talking and getting to know one another. Outside, the master worked on his new creations, painting white doors with stencils of famous artists (which I believe will be displayed at Aqua this Art Basel). All and all I hope he keeps on having events at the studio because lets face it, you just cant get enough of the Miami scenesters ;) ***Mad kudos to Mr. Andrew M, he set the entire event up and had one of the best parties I've attended this year with some of the best bands, I hope he continues to provide us with that kind of entertainment in the future***
