I called Josh and talked to him about my house that is huge and old; as I told him, I needed to repair the windows before the paint job could be completed. Josh said that he knew a carpenter who could do the windows and would paint the house after the repairs were done. As it turned out, I needed to get 27 windows fixed. So I had a bargain, a good carpenter who was ready to go up three stories to get my windows on the top floor and a painter who was going to paint my three-decker. Eventually, J&J came after all the repairs were completed and painted my house in 10 days. They were extremely efficient, professional, and pleasant to deal with. They answered my concerns by scraping, sanding, and caulking all surfaces. They used primer and good paint. Some of my neighbors came over to Josh to ask him whether he could paint their houses too. There was no drama, no mess. They told me in advance to inform other residents not to use the common area for a day or two.
