I have no idea how they still have open spots, but Mom got one in the Oak Room, near a plant which I thought was great because she loves plants. Claude was able to do all the paperwork in half an hour and off we went. Mom and Dad didn't want to do any financing and wanted to pay cash. Here's a tip, bring your checkbook or actual cash, or else you'll be hit with a crazy processing fee of almost 4%, which would have equaled almost $500, just to use a credit card. Save yourself that fee by being prepared. If you need to make your arrangements, you can't do it online. They want you to come in and do the paperwork, but it doesn't take long.

Customer service: 5/5 Value: 3.5/5 Execution: 5/5 From a service standpoint, they excellent. The team is available 24 hours via phone and text. For the majority of my work with them, they were extremely responsive, had good pass downs between shifts and team members, and worked to meet all our needs and timelines. They never pressured us into anything or upsold us. They just wanted to support whatever we needed. My family needed an expedited cremation and memorial all within a week of my family member passing and Honor Cremations was able to make that happen and get the paperwork done with the county in that timeframe. Honor's paid casket option was cheaper than other crematories and was a very nice, presentable casket. Honor does not embalm in house but has embalming providers they can work with. The only reason I would hesitate to select Honor again is because other crematories were more cost effective (up to $1000 cheaper for our package selections), but Honor did what they could to reduce costs and provide flexible options and offerings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others if service and empathy is a top priority.

Instead of explaining what was thought to be seen, she was very RUDE and very SNAPPY. Her deliverance could have been way better especially knowing the sensitivity of the nature why we were all there. The explanation in a more empathetic way could have been presented way better as she knew what was happening because that is her specialty, not ours. She could have explained in a more sincere way. I was taught "It's not what we say, but how it comes across"! Please be mindful of how you present yourself and take into consideration what comes out of your mouth especially if a question is being asked for clarity. Rudeness is not becoming and not necessary especially to grieving family and friends.
