We emailed back and forth and I sent him a video of what the problem was and he said he would get his crew out here. I was hopeful. I emailed and didn't get a response so I called and Ed apologized and said he was hoping to get them out on Friday but they were going camping so couldn't. I understand people have lives and such so I thanked him when he told me Wednesday or Thursday they would definitely be there. Wednesday passed and then Thursday. I kept calling and leaving messages and emailed without response. I read a lot of reviews and saw that I wasn't the only one treated this way. I emailed the BBB where I found out they are not accredited by them because they don't meet their standards. I've come to the conclusion they were never gonna come back so I just made an appt with a fence a"place that has nothing but good reviews. Don't trust Pryzm vinyl. They put on a good talk and then ghost you when you need them.
