I don't write many reviews probably 1-2 in the last 10 years but I had to warn customers about Wetscape. Ed Rogers provided a quote to put in 24 zone sprinkler system in and from the day the 1st payment was made I was charged extras. Be very careful with this company they will promise the world and never show up to even check on the job unless it has to do with payment. Currently I have exposed drip hoses all around the property. Dead zones where water does not reach and 2 sprinkler heads that were installed incorrectly that I was charged to replace. I am now being harassed by Mr Rogers for a $600 payment and he hasn't even visited the property to address the issues. Run run run from this company read more

Before you go with Wetscape make sure you find out all the little hidden fees. I had them open my sprinkler system up and the guy who came told me two heads needed to be changed due to the heads was to low. I had both those heads put in two seasons ago. He removed both of the heads put two new ones in higher level and to my surprise only took him about ten mins charges me one hour service charge of $ 100.00 plus $ 100.00 for two heads. In all the years with sprinklers i have never in my life heard such nonsense. Well Wetscape i will not be calling you again. Do not use this company! We had our front yard installed in 2020 with no issues. At that time, Ed, the owner, told us when we were ready to do the backyard (waiting on an in-ground pool install) the cost would be $2800 because that was there minimum fee although the actual cost would have been less if we had done the entire project at once. Fast forward to now and surprise, the cost is now $3900, unbelievable! Ed claimed the costs had went up due to inflation and price of products. I felt I had no choice since it was tying into the existing system. The sprinklers were installed in September, didn't work and they had to come back 2 days later to make repairs. We had sod grass installed around our pool so we have been using the sprinklers daily for as long as the weather would allow. We called today, Oct 22nd, to get the system winterized and was told the earliest they can come is November 16th. I have to wait almost a month to have the system winterized! When I asked about if they were busy installing sprinklers in November I was told they are busy with other services. I believe this to be other businesses that they are running. For example, Ed tried to sell me on driveway resealing while he was at my house. They aren't friendly, they are very expensive, and they don't provide good customer service. Also, to have the sprinklers opened and closed each year costs us $350 and don't forget it will take them a month from scheduling! I recently had an issue with my sprinkler system which I inherited with a home purchase and called around to many Companies and I am very happy that I was able to get Wetscape as a service provider. Tyler and Greg were exceptional from beginning to end and represented the Company quite well. They took the time to explain my situation along with answering any questions I had. More importantly they understood the issue at hand and how to fix it efficiently and effectively. I've used this company in the past. They are great and fast and responsive if you are buying an entire sprinkler system. But lord help you if you are just calling to have a head replaced or your system opened or closed. Just like the previous post said you can call the number and leave as many messages as you want but if your not offering big money good luck. Case in point on the date of this post I called someone picked up (I heard the TV in the background.) then hung up. Called back hoping it was just by accident they hung up. Nope it rang then went to voicemail. Take your hard earned money somewhere else the owner Warren is clearly not interested in helping you maintain your system. read more

We have used Wetscaoes faithfully for the past several years and have never had a problem up until yesterday. The technician came to our door with his wrench in his hand and asked my wife to come outside supposedly prior to him doing any work. He proceeded to tell my wife that the sprinkler was already leaking when he got there. My wife took a picture as proof that there was hardly any water and it had to have just started when he got there. He then asked my wife to stand by the pipe to make sure it didn't blow off when he tried to close the system. My wife fearing for her safety asked him to leave as she realized he had no clue what he was doing. We then called the owner Warren who said he would come today to look at it. After looking at the issue he said that the part is not available since "so many" people have had the same issue and that he could repair the pipe in the Spring. He did not offer any discount and just told my wife that he can't lose money on the service call. He also told her that we had a broken sprinkler head that he would discount next season. I don't know how we have a broken head when we just paid them to repair a broken head at the beginning of the season. Did his technician not even repair the head that I paid for?!?! I have zero faith and feel that this company is no longer reputable! read more

Had my sprinkler installed in the front and back yar in May of 2011. The installation was smooth and professinaly done.

At my home for less then an hour charged $310! replaced 1 head turned 1 off. I had another head dug back 10' to expose pipe. They trenched 8' and put pipe back in, nothing new was added. Will never use again....too expensive!!! Informing neighborhood of 100+ homes to use someone else read more

I recently had a sprinkler system installed by Wetscape. They were recommended by friends of ours who were also very satisfied with their system installed several years ago, however I still decided to do my own research anyway. What I found was that they only design a high quality system. The design was well thought out and they only use high quality commercial grade parts. I also found them to be very reliable, they showed up as promised, no delays or rescheduling of visits. As for cost, I found Wetscape to be very reasonable for the overall quality of the system and installation. You may find a cheaper price from the competition, but I always found that I was getting something less. Either low quality parts, something you can get at Home Depot/Lowes, or there were add-ons that should have been included in the base price. When they were finished with the installation, my yard was left in the same condition as before they started. The owner of the company, Warren, is on every job and is fully engaged in all steps of the design and installation. Overall being extremely satisfied, I would strongly recommend Wetscape to anyone. read more
