Wetherspoons is in a great location that is an easy walk from the train and bus station, it is typical in decor but always seems to be clean and airy. The staff are friendly and efficient. The menu is what you would expect with all the spoons favourites at really reasonable prices and special offers like the Sunday Club, Curry Night etc. It is like most spoons and does get busy at weekends but the staff cope well. Wetherspoons is part of a chain. This brand is typical in terms of decor, alyout, it has the true Wetherspoons style. This is a good place to start your night as the drinks are cheap. Or if you just fancy a mid week drink, it creats a relaxed environment. They have meal deals on throughout the week, I recommend the curry deal on Thursday (might have changed day), very tasty. This is set in a convenient location, and doesn't seem to be affected by the competition of the other bars. read more

Typical spoons in terms of decor/menu/drinks etc but in a well placed location at the end of the high street with easy access to train station, buses and taxis. Gets very busy with students on evenings and on weekends. Staff cope well although they need more seats during the busy times. Great prices and a usual place to start your evening if you are heading for a night out on the time, before you work your way up the high street. read more

Spoons is spoons, and isn't often alot more you need to say. Good, friendly environment, in an accessible location, made more by the punters than anything! One problem would be the cleaning of tables, because it isn't focused on enough and isn't done well or with any care when cleaned. One night, I had to ask a guy to clean th table because it was dirty with lime piece left on the table, and he took the lime segment and threw in on the floor close to where we were sitting! We were in shock! He thought that cleaning a table meant throwing the remaining food items left on the table, across the floor! read more

I cannot believe this place. Me and my friends were out for the first time in camberley and had a drink on the way down unaware of the rules of camberley high streets rules. The bouncer (who walked up to us as we were on a bit of a distance to Ws) told us to go a bit further up so we won't get a £500 fine. We did go up and binned our drinks, and then the rest of our company came. We were a big nice group that the bouncer said no to because one of the girls drinking were ruining wetherspoons business... so she got banned. And he refused letting anyone else from our group in as well, but only because we were with her, not because we drank as well. As well non of us were drunk and wanted to go for a couple of birthday drinks just down the road from the bday boy. So in the end id say he's ruining your business since he just turned down about 300 quid or more, we wanted to eat and have a few and we were a good group of people. read more
