Went to Que Pasa in camberely the other Friday for the first time this year. For a start you are almost strip searched at the door. They did more then at the airport. You have to clean out all your pockets, jacket and trouses, they go through your wallet, took the cover off my phone, put there hands in your pockets, fags everything. I dont mind a pad down to make sure people dont have any weapons on them but this was ridicules! If you wanted to take drug in you could still put them down your pants like most people would walking in to a place like that so there was no point to this, just made you uncomfortable and no safer. Finally you get in and get changed £5, the way the guy at the door felt me up i thought they would be paying me. They then played some crap tunes, by DJ no hope. The smoking area is now out back, its about 10 feet long and they only let about 8 people out at a time so you have to wait for ages to get out and then the second your finnished your moved back in, no standing around with a fag talking to your mates, smoke and GO. The only good thing about the night was the drink prices. Two cocktails for £5.50, but even after 10 of them the music was still crap. What a terribly run venue! What happened to the friendly doorstaff, great bar staff and caring management? My visit included my wife and I being rubbed up by two moody arrogant door supervisors that couldn't even smile. Dirty glasses, dirty toilets, stinking venue that looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly in a few months, foul tasting beer, awful cocktails made by untrained talentless staff who couldn't care less. I asked for a Desperado after our awful cocktails (god knows why we stayed) and it was served warm and they didn't have any lime. My friend also ordered a glass of wine, to be told there is no wine glasses. We wouldn't mind but the place was dead! The Dj was terrible, not that we could see him as we weren't allowed past the black curtain they put up trying to make the place look busier. The worse thing is we all paid to get into this hole. I would have asked for my money back but the manager was too interested in chatting up girls on the door and swinging his keys. Avoid this hole at all cost!! This time last year, this was the best place in town run by a great team. What a disappointment!! read more

What the hell has happened to this place!!! We used to go almost every week as camberley is only a small town with only a few places to go, but we always had a good time. the bouncers were friendly, the bar staff were quick at serving you and the place was always buzzin and played good music. 6 months later and wow what a change!! The place is deadas in so dead they put a curtain up halfway down to make it look busier and keep you in the front half. The place has a funny smelland the toilets.well, you can imagine if the bar smells..what they will be like. The DJ (if you can call them that) was shocking, bar staff rude and bouncers on some kind of power trip. Worst of all is that we had to pay to get into this dive!! I for one will not be returning and suggest to all that want a good night to avoid this place at all cost until they have a team in there who can make it like it was a year or so ago, a friendly party venue! read more

Cheap on a Wednesday but will definitely not be returning after encountering rude and unpleasant door staff, one particular being the female bouncer who seems to deem anyone she dislikes as ' too drunk'. On several occasions friends of mine have had trouble on the door, ruining what could be a nice little bar. read more
