Showed the employee working a picture of the item and he went out of his way to get this for us. He explained some of inventory was in boxes due to returning from a convention, but he would look into it. He sent a picture to the manager who confirmed they had the item and he went into the boxes to grab it for us. He really made a huge difference for us, as this was the only thing our 7 year old wanted for their birthday. The employee was so helpful in answering any questions we had and made our experience pleasant. The selection at the store is great and we enjoyed browsing the variety of products. If we start with merchandise, you can find almost anything you could be looking for. Figures, trading cards, pins, international snacks, stationary, drink water, clothing, plushes, mangas, movies... should I keep going, because I absolutely can! The selection is huge and regularly changing. It can be a bit hard to find older anime/manga merch but as of yesterday I was able to find some Trigun(1997) items which I thought was fun! If you or your children like Pokémon, you're in for a treat!! The staff knows so much about everything!! Each of them are the human Wikipedia of their favorite genres. It's so refreshing to be able to ask if they know something like --- and be directed to something you will love! They are welcoming and warm, if you have questions don't hesitate to ask. You will be helped and educated! The atmosphere is comfortable! You don't have to worry about feeling out of place, this place is welcoming to all. The TV in the front is always playing a different anime which is a cool way to find new anime's to watch! Their prices were affordable. Definitely less expensive than ordering online. Plus it's nice to walk around and see all the options. They have an entire crystal and mineral section. I could have been in that store for hours. It had a family environment, parents shopping with their kids. If your kids are into metals, rocks, or crystals this spot is it. I wasn't looking but I'm sure they have D&D stuff and other fun gam I liked the store a lot. Some of these mystic shops have a witchy vibe, which isn't my thing. This place felt more wholesome. Something us old ancestral witches like. Lol I ended up buying several different types of candles, sage, and a Rose quartz for my meditation room. Next time, I go back. You can get what you need most likely if you're spiritual from this shop, BUT-- there's a seeming lack of social responsibility that should concern my fellow respectful witches. They sell white sage and native/African cultural practice tools that are not appropriate for mass consumption. (Outside of people of those descents.) In their 7 day candle section there was an 'Indian power candle' referring to natives, along with the white smudge sticks and other tools of that nature. It is my understanding based upon the actual words of Native American people in the spiritual and witchcraft community that native sourced dream catchers and such ARE an appropriate thing to sell as long as actual Native Americans are the source of these goods and being compensated, but white sage is both unsustainable and not meant to be used outside of their closed practices. And using a native person as a mascot on your candle with the wrong terminology is beyond inappropriate.

Just Games is located in a large strip plaza in Penfield, and can be a bit tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area (i.e. me). However, once inside, it feels like you've left the hustle and bustle of the plaza behind. The manager (owner?) of the store was super nice and showed me a few things in the store, gave me their normal schedule of events, and made sure to introduce himself and get my name as well. I purchased some sleeves for one of my games and signed up for their free customer rewards program. As well as having your normal Magic the Gathering cards and supplies, the store boasts a large collection of tabletop games and accessories. Newer titles were on the shelf as well as plenty of expansions and other goodies. The store itself has a large collection of games that customers are welcome to open up and play while in the shop, and if desired, rented out for a small fee. This was probably the highlight of my visit. I tried out a couple new games and made mental notes of the games I wanted to come back and play/rent. Despite living about 75 miles away, I fully plan on taking a trek back out here to join a game night and meet some new people, learn new games, and enjoy what this shop has to offer.

I've witnessed the ponytailed owner trying to rip off children for major tournament staples. I was once asked to leave when interrupting the man trying to give 40$ store credit for a 160$ card (Aether Vial from Kaladesh) by informing the 8-10 year old child of the card's true value. Events: not very competitive, but the payouts are unusually low- more for the store! I have been to multiple events where the prize structure was advertised one way online and then lowered in person. I have been to special promo events where the prizes were set by the manufacturer and the store chose to keep product for itself by altering the payout structure. This is somewhere between dishonesty and theft, considering tournaments cost money to enter. Do not support this business.
