The day they…read morestarted they dropped off 2 young Hispanic men who could NOTspeak ANY English and next them with no supervision. Then they proceeded to tape off all of my doors so that I couldn't leave my house. They prepped and painted in one day. They didn't even bother to pull the dirt away from the stem wall, they just painted down to the ground they didn't move anything aside. I even have mulch pieces stuck with paint to the post on my back patio. Then just 13 months later the paint started peeling on our RV gate. I contacted the Keith Brothers and Alex told me he would NOT spend the $400 to fix it and would NOT honor the state required 2 year warranty unless I removed the bad review. Like an idiot I removed it and later found that they have to fix it even if I didn't remove it. So here is a new honest review of how bad they really are! Run far away!

When I asked if the price was firm, the response was "No." I cannot speak for others, however, in the 40+ years of sending quotes to clients, I would NEVER send a soft quote. It is apparent from a review by Caryn V. that Cooper State Home Improvements, this company does many things well. I simply require a painter, who can survey the scope of work and give me a firm quote, inclusive of warranty.
