I was told that I could not put her clubs on the cart, nor bring them inside for safe keeping, and I was informed that the safety of my vehicle and clubs were not the courses issue even with a history of break-ins. The course pro on staff Sunday May 26th, 2024 had the personality of a crotchety old librarian and was the most unprofessional, sorry excuse of a customer service professional at a fake "country club" I have ever encountered. The course is just what should be expected from a golf course attached to an apartment complex. I should have known the conditions of the course and club by the lack of clients at the "pool", grill and course.

At one point, the tallest and laziest of the lot, told us we probably should just go to another store. It was absolutely disgusting how lazy and unconcerned they were and I won't be back.
