He was available to work with the builder for the appointment and we didn't even have to be there. Afterwards we were provided an electronic report and were able to pay online as well. The price was affordable. The template was easy to follow and had pictures and explanations of everything. We met with Kelley for the inspection of our new home. He has a very high level of attention to detail. He pointed out things during the walkthrough that we wouldn't have thought about. Also, he gave very valuable insight and suggestions. We took some notes during the inspection but the report that followed was very detailed so it was a relief to know that if we forgot to write something down, then we had the report to refer to. What I appreciated the most, though, was his service even after the inspection. For some reason, I was having issues with the hot water in the kitchen sink. I emailed him for suggestions for either plumbers or whoever could come take a look. He came the following morning! We were so embarrassed when the hot water started working (go figure..) but the fact that he was willing to come and take a look meant a lot to us. read more

Kevin did an inspection of a home I'm buying last week, and I could not be more pleased. He was super thorough, and after he was through looking everything over he walked over the property with me and explained everything he found and gave me some general maintenance and safety information for the place. About two days after the inspection he sent me the report, which was helpfully separated into sections (roof, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and had a ton of photos so I had references for where all of the issues were. This report has made it easy to start a to-do list for everything I need to work on myself or hire a contractor to fix, which originally seemed like a really overwhelming task.
