What should have been a simple job turned into a complete nightmare :( During the work, John admitted he accidentally caused damage to an interior pipe and asked if he could create a hole in my interior dining room drywall to fix it. Of course I said no, had him stop work, and had a different plumber look at the damage. The new plumber confirmed the additional work that now needs to be done and gave me an estimate. I spent months trying to resolve this with John at MacGyver Handyman Service. He acknowledged the situation, agreed to pay (in writing) for the damage he caused, but never did.
