East fix and directed us to find a pharmacy locally and have them contact them and they can get this remedied. We love Kroger so we called Kroger, big mistake. From first answer you could hear the "I hate job" radiating from every syllable of her short but understood "Pharmacy" w the enthusiasm of a death row inmate. I work in customer service so I introduce myself and start to explain but I wouldn't have to, the woman on the other end of the phone let out another long groan as a euphemism for "you idiot". I get it, yes we idiots. She then snaps well "I need a whole bunch of information" not informing us of the upcoming task but to scare us away from the process cause , SHE HATES HER JOB! I explained really nicely that I did have all said information but in another act of sabotage, she began to snarlingly list the info the will be required!! Patients first name Patients last name Patients middle initial Medication name Dosage Prescribing dr Original pharmacy Etc .... On and on it went. Never a pause to let me talk. Each demand more nasty and snarly than the next. Is something wrong, do I need to talk to someone else. She was fine tho, all the while the I HATE MY JOB, oozed from every pore! I tell her we have everything she needs but undetermined and maybe a little pissed that I was able to provide the information, she hisses her huffs and puffs through her teeth this process doesn't work like that and she will take it when she's ready. At this point I wasn't gonna a give my information to a person that clearly doesn't want to assist. I explained to her this level of lack of professionalism was disturbing. HAPPY ENDING THO One call to Chris at CVS was all it took. He told us he will take care of it and when we could expect it get it. He was 100% right on and the man for the job. If you need your Rx filled, take them to Chris at CVS. Not "Karen" at Kroger.

I ordered for Thanksgiving well in advance because I was hosting. Well, the food went somewhere but it didn't make it to my house. I requested a refund and it took 9 days for this 2-7 day refund. So I had to cancel Thanksgiving, since I had nothing to make. Meanwhile, we're going hungry too. Fast forward to tonight. Truck's broke down so I have no choice but to order delivery again. The alternative is another couple days without any food. Somehow, even though I double checked the directions to make sure it didn't happen again...it did! And, when customer service contacted the driver, he claimed he followed GPS and, therefore, followed directions correctly. No, Sir, you did not. If you followed the directions I added, you'd have wound up at the right place. So, I had to contact support again(!) and was told it had to be escalated to the finance department. Fair enough. As long as this is dealt with. However, in the meantime, we're still starving and had to skip the holiday completely due to not having food. I sure hope whoever got my food both times appreciated it, at least! While Support has been friendly and as helpful as they can be, the Delivery crew needs some kind of help or something. There's got to be a way to ensure this isn't a repeating issue! I'm upset, frustrated and hungry...at this point, I'm about ready to ditch this store and just shop elsewhere from now on.

I went with my sister to pick up a few groceries I needed while visiting my parents. They had the isles marked so everyone travels in the same direction. Only problem was....not everyone can follow directions. They were low on pre-made salads but I managed to grab two. I found string cheese for snacking and some coconut toasted Cheerios limited edition. Can't wait to try those in the morning lol. You can find just about anything you are looking for at Wal-Mart. Pet food, home goods, groceries, patio furniture, grills, shoes, toys, electronics, over the counter medication, and sunscreen. The list goes on and on. This is your one stop shopping spot!

What the hell good are the mandates for if you're not enforcing them?? I spoke to the manager and she said they would certainly look into it. Upon further inspection I found the carts in a tunnel. Sort of creeped me out a little lol. This was a decent size Aldi. Just a little smaller than my home town store. I was on a mission to purchase items to make fruit smoothies as well as pre-made salads. This would be breakfast and lunch for my work week. Luckily they carried all the items I needed. Although they had a few less salad choices they did carry two of my favorites, chicken caesar salad and chef salad. I picked up some fresh blackberries and bananas in the produce section. I like to add some fresh fruit to my smoothie in addition to the frozen fruit. I purchased one bag of berries that included blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. The other bag of fruit included pineapple, peaches and mangos. I went on Sunday morning not long after the store opened. No alcohol purchases on Sunday in Ohio. There were a handful of people in the store. But when it was time to check out I was behind two customers. And there was only one cashier open. One fact about Aldi is no other grocery store can beat their prices!

It's a small grocery store with a hometown feeling. Plus it's nice to come here when you don't want to walk around a large grocery store for a few items. I stopped in for tea and honey as I had a sore throat. The tea was on sale for $2.99 but rang up at $3.19. I advised the cashier, who was the young man, and he looked at me like I was crazy. There were two people behind me but I didn't care, so I walked back to the shelf to make sure I saw the right price, and I did. He corrected the price. I know what you're thinking, it's only $0.20. But if the shelf tag says it's one price that's what it should ring up as, right? My family has used this grocery store to purchase fried chicken for special events many times. The deli line is always long, because not only is the chicken good, but many other items such as ham salad, etc. You can call in the chicken order ahead of time and they will have it ready when you pick it up. You can't pay when you call in the order as you have to pay when you pick it up. I would recommend Food Fair for your grocery needs. But like anywhere, be sure the price matches the shelf tag.

The have several self check out lanes which I always use. You can buy anything from cakes, ice cream, cards, flowers and most recently they've added beer and wine. Prices on non sale items can be a little higher than other grocery stores. But they have pretty good sales. I purchased a half gallon of ice cream, Kroger deluxe brand, for $1.99. They also have a gas station. The more you shop at the store the more you save at the gas pump. So I always enter my parents phone number when I shop so they can get the points.
