You've got all your convenience store goodies, hot sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza ready to eat, soda fountain, snacks, coffee, sunglasses, dozens of cold bottled or canned soft drink and beer options, cigarettes, cosmetics, toiletries, home goods, little knickknacks you didn't know you needed, you know what I mean. But under the same roof, it's an honest to goodness little grocery store too. Travelers take note...not only is there a clean public restroom, but they will also cheerfully let you USE THEIR TELEPHONE in this area where there is NO CELL SERVICE. And I mean, cheerfully - not grudgingly, not condescendingly, but in a manner that truly speaks 'happy to help.' If you're gonna get stuck in the boondocks, this is where you want to get stuck. Trust me on that. If you're passing through, make this your pit stop. You'll be glad you did.

But today around 3:45pm (2-24-2026) , A fairly new Lady (blondish grey hair shoulder length and wares glasses) was so very rude to customers, I certainly hope she does not work there long. Her attitude will certaily bring down business. The cashier was so very nice and professional, I'm sure she was very embarrassed. I'm sure the Owners would not like this type of employee to represent their business.
