It is wonderful knowing that they are in the comfort of their home - safe, fed and loved on. In years past, we would take our cat and dog to the vet for boarding. Whenever we picked them up, it always took a few days for them to recover and get back to normal. Having her come to your house is a much better option - for them and for you!

My daughter dropped her off before 10:00 am we hadn't received a call or and update so my daughter called 3:38 at that time she was told that they havent gotten to my puppy yet, they had a lot of dogs. Now pay attention to the time my daughter received a return call saying that she's ready at 3:51 ... Not even 30 mins later. The appointment was for a full groom service from head to toe. I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. I'm giving you fair warning beware…read morePrevious we Took our dogs to Camp Bow Wow three days a week CBW labeled our dogs as (there-phrase) gatekeeping so they were locking them up; so I decided to keep them home and just hire a walker. We thought that CBW would be a great place to board them they have cameras so that I could view the babies while we were separate; I never seen them out in the socializing Area. I called and I was told it was no problem I also was concerned about my 17 year old baby that was confused outside in the urine section from my Visual viewing point The two large babies Came home of evidence of not being out of a cage there was feces and urine all over their beds you and I know that dogs don't urinate and poop on their beds!(unless they're real or newborns) The little dog that was stuck in the Jireh section was dripping with urine when I picked her up I wrapped her in my sweater. I have a couple of pictures and videos to show that they weren't receiving the proper amount of food or getting their dental chews the ask for itemize list of times of eating meds etc. I sent that with photos on it. I am very organized anal about my dogs, so there was enough food for the amount of days that they were due to be there and also for two extra days In case of emergency!
