Walk back up and then he comes back up says updated price $2029, at this point I say nope, bye. I called On My Way and this family owned family run business from the get go put me at ease. The mom said the Dad and son were coming back from rescues on the pass and would call me within the hour, 20 minutes later I get a call back and they were dropping off the car and will be right there. Seth was there within the hour and was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. We walked down and looked and I told him the same as I told the kid, which Seth looked to be close to the same age but anyway, told him my buddy and drove on the grad side and didn't break through and could get within 110 ft. He says no problem let's go. He drives down turns around pulls me out no problem and I'm out. We get up top and I say how much? $256 he say, huh? $2029-$256=$1,773.00. I gave him $300, probably should have gave him more thinking back but... I will never use any other towing company other than On My Way Towing and neither should you. Top Top Towing helped me get my car to a tire shop as it was almost midnight and they even gave me a ride to the casino so I had a place to sit and wait for the tire shop to open which was about an seven hour wait. We were on the last leg home of a trip to the West Coast to visit family and friends. Only 2 - 3…read morehours left to go, when we had total bearing failure on the right side of our Retro camper. The tire popped off and rolled down the side of I90. Now what? There is a hole in the normal process of towing a vehicle ... it has to roll. It has to roll down the highway or onto the back of a tow truck. So, what do you do when it can't roll? The first company my husband called said they couldn't do the job, but recommended Recovery Masters. I used the waiting time to get some work done, and my husband worked with the tow truck driver. He was impressed. The driver used two main functions of the tow truck: 1) the bed could tilt and go down to the ground, 2) the tow truck could pull away from the bed. Reversing the idea, he pushed the bed under the camper and pulled it on, little bit by little bit. Bravo!

I had my headlights on and he sat at the stop sign for a good 3 seconds before pulling out. I'm guessing he was on his phone at the stop sign and didn't look before pulling out. AARP's towing said it would be 3 hours befor they could get a truck on the road. With Schaffer's towing they said 30 minutes. She took us back to our car on I 90 and the tow truck was minutes behind us. It only took a few minutes to hook us up, and MATT even offered to let our dogs ride in the cab. ( it was about 85 degrees). He was very friendly, seemed like he really cared, about us, our dogs and the car. He took us to Cour de laine, to Les Shwabs. They were closed so he parked us in a parking space. We chatted for a few minutes, MATT asking if there was anything else he could do for us. Then MATT went on his way.
