Quick to answer, no answering machine and leave a message like a lot of the other companies. Rachel answered and told Seth will be on his way right now. Seth arrived, pulls my driveline to avoid any damage and takes me home. All said and done from break down and call to home, 2 hours and 27 minutes. They are 30 miles from where I was and I live 30 miles from where I live. The price was a 1/4 of the big companies and Rachel still tried to work with me. This company is by far the most genuine, honest, fair and hard working family owned business around and that is refreshing in today's society. The tire popped off and rolled down the side of I90. Now what? There is a hole in the normal process of towing a vehicle ... it has to roll. It has to roll down the highway or onto the back of a tow truck. So, what do you do when it can't roll? The first company my husband called said they couldn't do the job, but recommended Recovery Masters. I used the waiting time to get some work done, and my husband worked with the tow truck driver. He was impressed. The driver used two main functions of the tow truck: 1) the bed could tilt and go down to the ground, 2) the tow truck could pull away from the bed. Reversing the idea, he pushed the bed under the camper and pulled it on, little bit by little bit. Bravo!
