Bought an expensive piece here and after putting water in it and trying it out I was extremely displeased with the pull, so I took it back in hopes of exchanging or working something out seeing as I hadn't smoked out of it, and I literally brought it back within the hour it was purchased. No one was willing to do anything to help or solve the issue. It's a beautiful shop, but it lacks customer service. read more

Went in yesterday and bought myself a puffco peak. It was a very fast trip and they guy was quick at the checkout but I knew what I wanted. Took the thing home, plugged it in, and sat there watching it charge for 5 hours. It never charged because it was broken out of the box. This happens with electronic pieces . I wasn't asking for money back or a return I just wanted to see if the thing was actually broken or if I was being dumb. I saw the store would be closed by the time I would have gotten there so I just called to see if I could get some help. The same guy who was quick to check me out was also quick to get me off the phone. Told my story to Shawn at GR Cloud over on 28th street while I was buying a pen and he actually went out of his way today and got a hold of puffco for me who sent me an email within hours to ship this unit back for a replacement. That is what I get for not going to GR Cloud. Its worth the drive and I learned that the hard way. read more
