Crap store. I bought a vape there for my husband and it broke after 2 months (never dropped, which is very obvious by the PERFECT condition it still looked to be in) He told me there was a factory warranty for 3 months. So I brought it back because the Smok website said to contact the seller. He refused to refund my money and showed me a taped up sign saying "No refunds or returns" (who knows how long that has been up). He also told me that same policy was written on my receipt (LIES btw - it's not and I showed him he was wrong). He then told me he was going to call the cops on me and "come after me" if I tried to post anything negative about him on all of his websites. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOK! He does not stand by his product and has NO idea about ANY of the vape stuff he sells. I will NEVER return to this store read more

Shawn saved the day today. Bought a puffco peak from westside smoke shop yesterday. The unit was broken out of the box, it wouldn't charge at all and could not get it to turn on. This happens with electronic pieces but westside smoke shop was almost agitated when I called in to see if there was anything they could do to help. Told my story to Shawn today while I was picking up a pen and he went out of his way to get a hold of puffco for me. They have already reached out to me via email to get a replacement and to ship this unit to them. He also let me know that he sells the puffco peak 30 bucks cheaper than I bought it for. Lesson learned its always worth the 10-15 minute drive. read more

This is a nice neighborhood smoke shop with vapes, bongs, pipes, etc. The owner is kind and very helpful and didn't judge me when I came in wanting a fifteen or under gift. I've bought two pieces from here, one a little more expensive and both of good quality. He also has a cat that lives here that's chill and awesome and pretty much worth a trip alone. Not as "cluttered" as Shakedown but it also doesn't look like somebody just set up shop in an empty building like some Smoke shops. read more

Unbelievably rude service. I am a 53 year old college professor, and my wife and I went in to GR Cloud to purchase some nicotine e-liquid. While she was looking at the flavors i was leaning on the glass countertop trying to read something on a package and the guy in the store comes charging over and tells not to lean on the counter, and points at a sign. I said "oh i didn't see that." and the guy say's "well, we have a enough of them!" I chuckled and said "you think that the glass is going to break?" And he said" Hey I am not going to argue about it "if you want to argue you can leave!" I didn't want to argue. He was just an asshole. read more
