She showed us around, answered our 100x questions, gave great insight and recommendations. She was passionate about the product and the company. She was excited to help us get the best discounts, especially since it was our first time in. NS has lots of locations, i believe 12, and they all have the same products so there is consistency across the brand. We had a great experience and will definitely be stopping in again.

The staff have been so great about working with me. I can't thank them enough. As a medical…read morepatient, I use an oil for my epilepsy and for PTSD that nobody else had or "couldn't get anymore." The staff at Sandlake have truly been wonderful with me; even on my "bad days," they remain helpful and pleasant. And the fact that they keep the medication that I need in stock doesn't hurt my feelings. Thank you to the entire staff at the Sandlake store.

As a long time customer who has made numerous orders before and was able to choose which one (different circumstances and minds change) this experience was handled with sarcasm and hostility. Usually a good experience and maybe they were having a bad day. Either way, unacceptable. I will not be returning to either location after I use my discount. As I suggested to them, maybe implementing a system where a member can delete a previous order and make a new one can potentially avoid someone else dealing with whatever backlash the budtenders were worried about getting.
