I needed an out-of-country/international document notarized for the longest time but hadn't been able to because of my crazy work schedule and the inconvenience of having to find a place that was open when I was available. Until I found Gabriella from Westside Notary that is. Gabriella met with me according to my schedule and knew exactly what I needed even though I didn't even know myself! She was very fast, efficient, and professional. What more can you ask for? I will definitely be using her services again! read more

I used Westside Notary for several out-of-state verifications. I work late hours and most notaries are closed by the time I leave work. I highly recommend Westside Notary services to anyone looking for a qualified professional. I will definitely use Westside Notary again. Thank you Gabriella. read more

Saw her good review on yelp and decided to opt for Gabriella. Gabriella was very helpful in arranging a meeting point because i was new to the US and locations were a problem for me. We had to call Gabriela back because New York State only recognizes official documents if they are notarized in a particular way (different than how California recognizes notarized papers.) She met us again, this time in the evening, on short notice. She was as cheerful and positive as our first encounter and gladly made the accommodating notarization changes. Thank you Gabriela! read more

UCLA Students listen up! If you don't have time coz you have to study for that midterm or if you're just too lazy to walk down to westwood, call Gabriella! I needed some copies of legal documents to be certified, emailed Gabriella for an appointment and she got back to me right away. I asked if it was possible to meet up on the Hill and she was really nice about it. She actually helped me certify my documents in Sproul Hall! Tip: If you need document copies certified, have your copies before the appointment. read more

It is Sunday at 5pm and I need a notary.. I went on Yelp and called the first person Rob..who seemed like I was annoying him. His yelp address was in my area yet he did not know the Canyon I lived in, which, is common to the area and wanted me to explain it to him then said he would pull it up on Google. He said he thought he could find one out of 2 people he worked with and to hold tight. He called back in 15 minutes saying one was out and he is waiting on another. I told him if he cannot get a hold of his other person within 20 minutes I need to call someone else and he said that was why he was calling, which, was considerate. In the mean time I called 2 others and got machines, and they were 7 days a week on their advertisement... I found Gabriella Loughnot who immediately knew my area and said she could arrive in 15 minutes and was ten dollars less than the other person. I booked her and called Rob to cancel , even though it was past the time limit and he did not call me. Gabriella arrived in 15 minutes. She smiled and introduced herself and had a friendly professional attitude and efficient and thorough. I have gotten people who looked as if they were just out of bed to another eating a sandwich as she walked in. Gabriella was impressive and I felt comfortable to have her in my home. We were done within 10 minutes with one signature and I will use her from now on for all my mobile notary needs. read more

She was amazing. Got here in minutes after I had called her. She was knowledgeable in what I needed to get notarized; which made it a quick, easy, and fun experience. read more

My husband and I needed some escrow documents notarized on a piece of land we were purchasing. Gabriella got back to us quickly, and was very amenable to meeting us at a place and time that was convenient for us. Even if it meant driving all the way to Malibu in weekday traffic! She reviewed the documents before our meeting, and was prepared with extra forms when it appeared the bank had made a few mistakes on the documents, making the entire process easy and stress free. As an added plus, Gabriella was friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I would recommend her without hesitation. read more

Gabriella got a text message from us when we discovered that we needed a letter notarized so our daughter could go out of the country on a teen tour. She was leaving at 5am, and it was already after 8pm, so we were in a jam. Gabriella responded promptly, and she was very close to our house. We agreed to go to her, and we were done, and on our way in less than ten minutes. Gabriella was very pleasant, and professional, and we will surely use her again if we need a notary, and recommend her to others! read more

I needed a professional mobile notary in a pinch, and Gabriella was the first name that popped up upon googling. There is a reason she has so many amazing reviews! She was very friendly and professional over the phone, I instantly knew she was legit and willing to go the extra mile when we met the next day. Not only did she help with notarizing multiple items (running back and forth between locations), but she answered so many of my questions and was great at explaining information to clients. It was a pleasure working with Gabriella, and I am 100% certain she will be receiving a call from me soon. The notary near me was closed on Saturday afternoon, so I looked up Gabriella on Yelp. She was nearby, and I met her within a couple of hours of my first contact; she was quite good about communicating with me via text while we were figuring out how to get together. Then, she was more knowledgable than any other notary I have used, and explained a few things that others did not, so I was able to get a higher level of documentation than I had known about. She is quite personable, and we chatted for a while after the business was concluded. I recommend her highly. read more
